How is "Surgical Technology" related to arms dealing? His major in college was health sciences.

He might not be a "surgical tech" per se..."surgical technology" is a wide open field outside of the operating room.  Wiki has given a veryyyy narrow definition of that phrase.

Arms dealing exists and will for the rest of our times (it's only "miss universe" wish for peace all over the world) ... what I'd like to think and hope is that people who work in this sector are noble and respectable ... and Garrett just might be that guy ... so I have nothing against the profession ... after all ... all the brave men that fight for the peace (whatever our believes are on that matter) need to have someone to back them up for the "storm".
OT: it's "funny" how 2 men in my life who are the most gentle souls are working in the same sector, one in dealing and the other in supervising from Geneva ... so I can't judge just because I don't approve certain "laws"

It is POSSIBLE he is divorced. A marriage license was issued September 2, 2015:

Also POSSIBLE the wedding was called off after marriage license .

Usually in order to get married, you would have to get a marriage license before the actual wedding!

I know. Just did not want to state as fact that he married and divorced since I could not find any divorce records, so covered the two possibilities, he was married and is divorced, or the wedding was called off last minute
