This second baby is also again through IVF, so they really wanted to get pregnant intentionally now.

To me, this second IVF shows how committed they are as a couple and to building a family. I suspect that medical care in Canada helps this decision as well!

That article brought tears to my eyes. I'm glad he's taking the parental leave. 33weeks for fathers. We are so lucky to have that for both Mom's and Dad's.

That's great, @GuardianAngel! Our son got 10 weeks from his job and that's not common, in fact his wife didn't get as much.

In my day parental leave was four months and no such thing as father parental leave. Now there's 12 months, or extended 18 months!
