didn't someone say he is on the injured list though....could that be a reason for the temporary retirement??

It’s just my opinion, but I think he’s just trying to be snarky/funny as it says “NFL try hard” as well as the “temporarily retired.”

Clay's the one on an injury list. In any case, no shade but I doubt either of them will ever play another snap in the NFL. And I think his ig bio's funny.

My 1st thought (that can change): he seems "young" ... as still figuring out his own s*** and not "ready to do the d*** thing" ... he is physically appealing, but I see the resemblance to Becca's ex (the 7y one), muscle man ... if that's her thing, he may have a great chance ... unless it's not about the looks and as for the personality I'm yet to find out ... but I'm getting the vibe he is quite "charismatic" (as Becca defined herself), a bit "showy" ... which happens to be great combination for Jojo and Jordan (IMO), but since Becca doesn't appear to me like Jojo I don't see that same "match of characters".

Question for those that know about him. Why the distaste? I've done a quick perusal of his Instagram and he doesn't seem too bad to me. Seems to be involved in charity work and not nearly as full of himself as many others I've seen. From what I have been reading here it seems that most of the issues with him are because of his relationship with the gymnast. I don't get it. What did he do there that was so bad?

@Sprite From what I know, he treated Aly very well and agreed to keep their relationship fairly private because that’s what Aly wanted. It seems like the break up was more on Aly’s part than his. When Aly was testifying in court recently for the abuse case, Colton was liking some really nice things in regards to Aly on Twitter and on IG.

He seems to enjoy his charity work. As far as I know, he seems like a decent guy. As I said, I think he liked the perks of dating Aly, but who wouldn’t enjoy attending fun events like the golden globes? I think he’s hoping to get some opportunities out of the show, but again, who isn’t? All JMO

Some of his IG posts are a little try hard for me, but it could be worse IMO

Thanks. Nothing too bad there. Why do people assume he liked the perks of dating Aly? I would assume he would already be getting some perks because of his own career. Did he do anything to make people think this?....because this seems to be the one thing against him that is referred to...and how he made some video to ask her out. Maybe he simply liked the girl? Does he have a rep as a player and skirt chaser?

@Sprite Personally speaking for me, I just did not like how the video was presented to Aly. She was shown the video during an interview and, Imo, had really no choice but to say yes to a date. Should have been done privately Imo. It may not be a big deal now, but it's just how I feel.
ETA: I definitely think he's harmless though. Besides some corny modeling pics . He doesn't seem like a dbag or jerk Imo.
