On the Almost Famous pod it was announced (a few weeks back?) that Blake would be auctioning off a date (for 2 winners) with himself to this event with proceeds going to Ben Higgins charity which is hoping to purchase the land on which his coffee is grown. Looks like Nick was the highest bidder  JK!

My fav from the last q&a won’t be repeated because it was the silence or dirty talk question and what made the answer so much fun was seeing the dynamic between Nick’s mom and dad. So cute how Mary was definitive on silence whereas Chris’s silent answer was a smirk that Nick appears to have inherited from his dad. Thought that was adorable and showed how playful his parents are after many years of partnership.
The question itself was intrusive however the Vialls transformed it into a glimpse of couple understanding.

PS: the vid title is odd and irrelevant but appreciate someone made it.

I’m curious about the Access Live appearance and what it will be about. So many guests so Nick’s time is likely brief.

I think whenever Nick is full fledge dating someone that begins growing into a relationship he will follow what he said to the Extra reporter, also host of Bach UK (see above vid @mistygracie74 posted).
Nick said “...if he’s in a relationship, and I know you can’t tell me, that’s the hard part... focus on getting to know each other... forget about the tv aspect...”  The long term challenge, the hard part, for Nick and other higher profile franchise alum, IMO is protecting privacy (the still present scrutiny due to his former tv aspect) while getting to know someone with potential. A person has to have the privacy to date for a reasonable length of time inorder to get to a bf/gf stage. Not like the show where you know each other for 30 hours .
Wells & Sarah managed to date privately for several months because they had friends protecting that privacy. Wells had since come out and said their first date was a party with Sarah’s social circle so lots of people knew but no one talked. Perhaps even Brandi knew and just played along on their podcast as Wells kept saying he was single during the time he and Sarah were dating. The reality of being publicly known is that people like Wells, Sarah, and Nick have to buy privacy time by misdirecting. Must be annoying for them.
My thinking is a time will come when Nick will be in a relationship but I doubt he will compromise the his & her early stage dating process - so he will do and say what needs to be done/said until a foundation is built.
JMO When he does find his person, public acknowledgement may appear to come out of the blue. Looking forward to that day - tba

I like what Dondre said about women needing to hold men to a higher standard. IMO men often look to the female for guidance in what she wants from dating or a relationship. Not that men don’t have wants of their own because they do however guys often talk about appreciating a woman letting them know she is interested before he then feels confident about asking her out. Dondre was talking about sex on the first date but it applies in other areas as well. Female guidance can be clarity to a man; something to work toward and be rewarded for if given in a nurturing way JMO. He also said a woman has the ability to wait until a man shows her he is husband material. Really interesting POV - food for thought which I think applies when a woman is looking for more than casual dating.
Conversely, I think men can apply the same; expect more from a woman in some regards.
