EXCLUSIVE: The Bachelorette's Ashley Hebert is all smiles while out in Philadelphia, PA. Ashley was in a great mood as she made her way around Philadelphia, PA. Ashley jokingly laughed at the paparazzi and turned the camera back on them by taking photos with her iPhone. -

Do you know when this was? I hope it wasn't this weekend! She should have been with her man on his favorite holiday.

So, the latest the photo could've been taken was Monday June 27th because the magazine went to print late Monday night/early Tuesday morning.

It was a misleading cover because..It says that Ashley was caught with JP smiling on their cover and then when you open it to the actual article it is the total opposite and takes on a negative tone.

There is a picture of JP (NYC) in a purplish/pink button down shirt listening to his I-Pod. Then there is a picture of Ashley in a silver and white tank top looking stoic in Philly.

This is basically what the inside article claims is going on.

Those closest too him say he’s no good for Ashley — hopefully they’re not engaged!

Bachelorette Ashley Hebert fell hard for contestant J.P. Rosenbaum this season, and the pair has even been rumored to be engaged. But new reports are coming out that J.P. is definitely a womanizer — and can’t be trusted with her heart!

J.P., 34, just can’t stop flirting with women in New York City, In Touch Weekly reports.

One friend says his conduct at a restaurant drew the attention of management!

“He made the hostess really uncomfortable,” the source said. “She told the manager that the put his hand on her lower back as they walked to the table.”

He also acted up to a group of girls on another night out — and they were none too pleased!

“We were really annoyed and weirded out,” one of the girls said. “He was so aggressive and drunk that I almost told [him] to leave.”

But the most damning words come from one of his gym buddies.

“He is extremely flirty with the women who work out there,” the source says. “If Ashley picked him, he’s not being faithful — he’s asked me out a bunch of times. In real life, he’s very different from how he is on the show. He seems genuine when he’s talking to Ashley, but he’s actually kind of a jerk.”

I think most tabloids/mgazines are these days. The only magazine that usually gets it right is People, but even they get it wrong sometimes.

She's beautiful in the rest of them, but yowza! How does she keep her panties from showing in this dress? If she moves the wrong way, if she has some on, they are going to show even if the wind blows.

I have to say I appreciate her ability to get away with these outfits because I hate clothes. I would go to work in a bathing suit if I could get away with it!
