Technically you can be an extrovert without being outgoing, since extroverted just means you gain energy from being around people. Seinne was asked about Lauren and she was very complimentary, saying she's very sweet and kind and funnier than she comes off, but she did say that she's just not very outgoing or outspoken. It's possible that Lauren has that side of her, but it only comes out when she's with someone she's super comfortable with or when she's in small groups. IMO.

I guess my definition of an extroverted person is someone who is outgoing, but I will agree with you that I do think some people can be extroverted in smaller groups and/or around people they might know.  I'm not sure what Lauren is yet.  I need more information.  

That is the layman definition of extrovert (and how I normally use it in real life), but the ENFJ descriptor that Lauren provided is a psychological one defined by CJ Jung. He did not define extroversion as being sociable and outgoing, but instead used the words to describe the preferred focus of one's energy on either the outer or the inner world. Extraverts orient their energy to the outer world, while Introverts orient their energy to the inner world. You take a test to figure out what you are and if you answer that you quiet and shy, but prefer being around people and become drained when you are by yourself, the algorithm will categorize you as an "E".

Some people do lie on the test (either to themselves or to the test itself) because they want to be seen as a particular way. The ENFJ is one of the most "sought" personality types, because it represents a typical heroine in a romantic comedy. It is possible that's the case here, as I feel that Lauren seems drained after the social interactions on the show. IMO.

I think what I love most about her beauty is that it's not generic. She really is just so stunning.

And I like her voice. She sounds congested but it weirdly works for her.

Mentioning Becca's voice ... I don't mind it, but I've wondered if that voice is "appealing enough" for a lead, regarding the possibility of her being the Bette. She sounds congested indeed.

I know Chris Soules' Whitney was lovely -- but her voice drove me insane. For me, I'd put Becca's voice above Krystal's breathy whisper, Amanda Stanton's baby talk, Ashley I (is "crying" a voice?), and Raven's exaggerated, drawn out words. But below Kristina S. and and Vanessa G.'s accents -- I loved their accents!

Becca makes two ITM statements that give insight into her doubts about her relationship with Arie. Great foreshadowing on the first: "I can't picture my future without him." 
The second indicates she knows Arie loves Lauren: "It' so much more scary. I don't know where he's stands in his love for Lauren." 

Away from Arie, she seems unguarded expressing her concerns and doubts. Later in the clip when she is with him, she presents herself as confident and sure of their relationship. "I'm confident with us and I love you." Becca emphasizes these two words. 

Arie seems to take responsibility for the mess the three of them are in: "I never saw this coming. Both Becca and Lauren feel good about our relationships and that's my fault. It makes me feel guilty." All are observations based on what I can see and hear in the video, but all my opinion.

The “that’s my fault” sounds like it’s edited in. Not the same acoustic background imo.

I will be glad when it airs So we can get down to the bottom of things because I keep reading different things that happened. I read now that he went to her home with cameras to break up with her. Every since the break up cameras has been following Becca and Lauren, CH did a sit down with the 3.
