IA he played the game if there was one scripted, and IMO it appears he was protected somewhat tonight. It's not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. He had two choices, play the game, or be a JPG 2.

No need to run over him with the bus, 18 wheeler or train he has given them a good finale. MF and RM both has said good things about him. CH seems to be good with him too. Lastly they are driving in the love story so we can see how he got to his final choice.

He did say that to Lauren too in the conversation where she said she was afraid of getting her heart broken.

In the preview did y’all hear when the girl was sobbing, Arie said something like: Do you want me to go or leave? As he was making his way out the door? Was that in there before and I missed it?

@sanlee088 I was surprised to hear that comment too because no, it wasn't in their previews before.

If I believe Caroline and her comments and tone of voice, then what Arie did was absolutely underhanded and he is a terrible person. And he may indeed be all of the things.

What gives me pause though is Caroline is only hearing one side and that side is coming from a heartbroken friend that she wants to stand up for. Good for her for standing up for Becca and being a supportive vocal friend but to me, unless Caroline has talked personally to Arie she does not know his side of the story and his perspective, nor does she know what went on behind the scenes with production, etc.

Then again perhaps Arie's side does not matter and this journey and season is about Becca and not him. The season to me seems much more about Becca being hurt and heartbroken than anything else. All MO.

You are right because it is his journey and it suppose to about him finding love, in this format there will be hearts broken. Plain and simple.

The emphasis does seem to be on Becca the contestant and not Arie The Bachelor @littlereddress. TPTB is very quick to dispose of the lead & their F1 to pimp out promote the next lead & F1 - no matter who they are. ATFR shows don't celebrate the love story of the couple: Jojo & Jordan had to deal with the big brother story and Jordan's alleged Raya activity. Nick & Vanessa's love story got more attention on DWTS due to the unending buildup for Rachel. And on and on...

Becca has the tragic loss of her father, her mother's illness and the ex-BF drama to make her intriguing to TPTB as the next lead. Hopefully she understands that all the leads are disposable.

Most enjoyable part of the WTA was seeing Bekah. That girl has presence and can speak her mind so concisely. I love that she owned up to being on a marijuana farm - she certainly owns who she is. Give me 10 Bekahs over 1 Krystal any day.

Going by how obvious the Bachelorette insinuations were for Tia and Sienne, I'm going to guess that neither will be it. I think Becca has the gig if she wants it and if not (maybe she's dating Peter, hehe) then it will go to Kristina.
