Kasha, for me this season is not that controversial. As usual I'm watching it and getting to know people in it and I like most of them. But forum experience is very different for me this time.

Its good to come here and breathe, cause hearing that same old song is tiring. Reading Arie blog last week I suspected he was engaged to Lauren because he used the word finacee. Good for him, I believe he will marry her.

Wheee!!  Our happy place where all the negativity isn't allowed.  I remember when JoJo chose Jordan, I had said that there would only be 10 members in the fan forum.  I have a feeling Arie and Lauren are going to have to deal with some strong backlash, but so did JoJo and Jordan and they are still going strong.  Looking forward to seeing the proposal!

I also was a big fan of Jojo and Jordan, and was rooting for them (still am), even during all the controversy against Jordan. They made it through the social media hate. I’m hoping the same for Lauren and Arie. Arie seems genuinely smitten with Lauren and I wish them the best. Hopefully they will be strong together, weather the storm and prove the naysayers wrong.

Wow, I did not think anyone would be here for Lauren and Arie so at least there are a few who still want to hear how things played out and give Lauren and Arie a chance to give their side of the story.  

I am trying so hard to stay neutral on Arie but from where I sit he looks and acts with Lauren completely differently than all the other girls and he could not get her off of his mind.  She may not be the popular choice with the public or the "correct" choice but she is the one he was not willing to let get away especially in light of all the mudslinging that will come their and especially his way.

There was also an interview he gave about where he would like to get married. I will try to find it. But he said whatever his fiancee wants is what he will go with. He brought up a church wedding, a [b]beach[b] wedding or a Holland wedding. The beach wedding told me he was with Lauren and that he could have possibly proposed or was talking marriage to her.

I think as always there will be members who root for the couple. 
I also think that if this couple works out many more will join. It's the way it is IMO after watching things here for _______ amount of time.
