Bachelor 22 - Arie Luyendyk Jr - SM Media - *Sleuthing Spoilers* - #3

I'm remembering how Cassie the bach producer had to break the news (on camera of course) to Emily Maynard that she and Arie had a prior relationship. Emily was extremely upset and I wondered at the time if we were getting the whole story. Maybe Emily was starting to get clued into Arie being a player.

I think Emily wanted a good appearance for TV too. Courtney wrote that Emily was reaching out to Arie even when she was with Jef. She felt it was kinda incestual . If true,  in RL his player status didn’t bother her imo. Arie could even con the Burnhams which says a lot about his charm and con ability. No matter how many women he’s burned, he’ll be able to find another . As a friend , I think  Arie is fun and enjoyable. As a BF/Fiance, that’s not his strong feature.

I don't know how long can he be "the right guy" ... so I'd love to challenge him to live with his chosen F1 for a year and it would be even merrier if she could travel with him every time he'll be away ... and then let the woman decide if she wants to marry him. Even though maybe the quickest challenge would be giving the password to his SM accounts to his mrs. and hope she's open minded while reading it.

Lol yes, and by doing so, she forfeits her life to follow the tracks he’s made   She could also get a chasity belt and hold the key

I don't care for the gossip and reputation in general, I've always judged the character and formed my own opinion of TB men before and still adore the "creepy" Nick and "baddy" Jordan and despite the outcome of their relationships I was positive they gave the right weight to every word they said to their chosen girl ... so I didn't doubt Jordan when he said he was ready, owning his past mistakes ... and I knew Nick was going to be sincere with his feelings along the way to never mislead anyone ... but with Arie I just don't see IT. Neither have I heard him owning any of his wrongdoings ... because according to him ... he didn't find love so far since Emily because he's been protecting himself (from the heartbreak and disappointment) choosing women who weren't ready for marriage (his words, not mine) ... which I call BS ... so when he'll be ready to talk the real talk ... I'll believe he's ready ... until then it's all just a wishful thinking.

Becca will be fine. She has the world in her lap right now. She is the woman scorned and has all kinds of support from every angle. The world is her oyster.

One of the excuses that Arie's give is that he was race car driver and that the playboy lifestyle is to be expected.

IDK, some of the other race car drivers seem to be devoted to their woman, even Arie's own father so I am befuddled by that excuse.

IMO she isn't heartbroken, maybe bruised ego, pride, maybe hurt feelings of being played, maybe deceived, maybe a bit of anger for being foolish and too open ... but heartbreak? ... if there was one, it happened long before she showed any signs on her SM. Though I don't see the indication of her trying for the bachelorette ... what has she done?
So far she made some changes on her SM by standing tall with what she believes in and I've sensed some sarcastic tone in her line of "ready for a darn thing" and "not be put down by a cardio" (carbs, pizza) ... lots of pictures of her "only" positive outcome from this experience, meaning "grilfriends", also for the support (and she is getting it) ... so we'll see.
I'm waiting for her next move/actions ... not how she'll play this situation for the Bette gig ... but how will she handle the "Arie talk" and subsequently questions when they come ... SM likes and alliances and whether she will show her cheeky self and be positive (since it's all in her favor) or will she put herself in the unfortunate position (that would be unwise, if not petty). Can only wish her to rise above, the rest is up to her.

How is Becca "trying" to be the Bachelorette? She hasn't said or done anything. It's her fans who are tweeting/commenting that they want her to be the Bachelorette, not her.

Good for her. She’s done nothing wrong so, I’m glad she’s not behaving like his treatment of her defines her. JMO
