@timfan  I think some of those roses are production induced. That's just me. It keeps the audience thinking he is interested in Chelsea. 
I saw no chemistry in their alone time, IMO. He definitely knows he is giving a rose to Becca, so no need for him or production to process that too much. I bet Becca is his first call at the RC.
