No. I think it is from the Lake Tahoe episode. Here he is with Chelsea.

@mprssdbyu nice job! The background reminds me of a pier, along a canal.

I'm wondering if they stayed at the Resort at Squaw Creek when in Lake Tahoe. 
I can't match up that fireplace as hard as I tried with the resort, but this resort has many suites that have this white couch with the white, burgundy and printed throw pillows. The white sheers draperies in our screen caps are drawn back in the resort photo I posted.

This is what I found that may be a match to the group hottub scene with the rocks in the background



Could it match up to this with the rockery shape along the wall and the big boulders all around?




I can't find the exact fireplace, but there are supposedly lots there.



The only problem is since this one looks like it happened closer to the lake, is it possible that the group went to High Pools at Squaw Valley and Bekah get the other ID in Lake Tahoe? We have Sienne getting the hanggliding(something like it) and the concert at night so could Bekah of gotten the other ID at any of the numerous spa's that overlook the lake? Then the pics of them at the fireplace, could that maybe be a RC setup??

No, I think you did a great job.  
There are 100's of fireplaces at that resort. That was the problem. The one's in the accommodations were easily not a match. It was the common areas that I could not find photos for that created issues. 
I think it is an outdoor fireplace probably something to do with the hot tub part of the date.

I have looked and looked at that pic. I have two different takeaways....1. A darn water sanitation plant. I can't unsee it!    ... 2. I wondered if those large units behind gates just behind Jacqueline were somehow filtering water coming out of that canal to feed the wine making process. I just can't figure it out. With your suggestions, I'll google canals in Europe and see what I come up with.    The only date left unknown in Ep 6 is a 2/1. I'm kind of confused though because those are cobble stone streets and that represents Italy more than Paris, IMO.

My problem is that I can't see Bekha in the group pic of the hottub.  Can anyone else??  Therefore, I am seriously wondering if she gets the 2nd ID and it is at maybe one of the numerous spas overlooking Lake Tahoe.  I have only scratched the surface in them and don't see the cedar tub, but I do see a cedar round tub at Lake Tahoe, just not the exact backdrop that we are seeing them from but IMO that doesn't mean it's not the right one.

So, this puts us back at the resort that you found and maybe one of the outside pits that they have where the RC may be.  Does that sound a possibility.

ETA:

IF the fireplace is still from the date, then the place that I found likely wouldn't be it then as when you do the 360 view from that high spot, there is no water to be found, therefore the one with Bekha can't happen where the rest of the group is.....unless I just aren't seeing what's there/not there.

Chelsea is wearing the same cloth here so I guess the fireplace scenes happened in Ep.2 or Ep.3

Since the above fireplace pic doesn't seem to match the mansion fireplace pic below, are we sure that it is bibiana above?  Could it be someone else??

I think that is Bibiana.
I couldn't find the same fireplace, either.
Maybe they bring the background decoration with them when traveling?
