Jojo and Jordan are looking at another house that is really being sold for only the lot value but as Jojo says they don’t tear down an entire house . She added that the house built in 1958 has a lot of character and Jordan loves the brick walls and fireplace. They are really getting very busy with looking for houses to flip.
