I have zero expectation of watching an entertaining show in that I have serious doubts Nick can hold an intelligent, ithought provoking conversation. Entertaining to me also includes an element of genuineness, and as far as I am concerned Nick wants fame and a new career not love. And if Nick has already met one of the women, as as been reported, this show is again a total farce. And lastly, if I want to know who wins I only have to check the Sportsbet odds.

'They wanted him to passionately kiss her': The Bachelor's Nick Cummins 'forced to redo stilted rose-giving scene THREE TIMES by bosses... as he struggles to show his affectionate side'

He's used to being in the public eye as an affable television presenter and the star of several adverts.
But it seems Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins is struggling to get comfortable showing off his amorous side in front of the cameras during his dates for The Bachelor.
The former rugby player, 30, was reportedly forced to redo a scene where he handed his blonde companion a rose three times as producers wanted him to 'passionately kiss' her at the end.

Nick took his pretty companion to The Basin in Pittwater for a paddle-boarding session followed by a romantic picnic by the lagoon for his first date.
And while the pair seemed to be getting on well, Nick reportedly failed to impress when he held back from kissing his date.

'It looked as if the producers wanted him to turn on the fireworks and passionately kiss the girl but he didn't, so they kept making him go in and out of the water where the rose was placed in a canister in the hopes that he might have a better reaction,' a source told The Goss.
The dozen crew members who were filming the moment had allegedly wanted the sportsman to show more affection - but reportedly only got a quick peck on the cheek.

'It looked as if the producers wanted him to turn on the fireworks and passionately kiss the girl but he didn't, so they kept making him go in and out of the water where the rose was placed in a canister in the hopes that he might have a better reaction,' a source told The Goss.
The dozen crew members who were filming the moment had allegedly wanted the sportsman to show more affection - but reportedly only got a quick peck on the cheek.

'As long as people keep paying for the behind-the-scenes snaps, we'll keep shooting,' a paparazzi told The Goss.  
According to insiders, Nick allegedly threatened to 'walk out of the reality show for good' after a dramatic makeover.
The source further added that producers demanded the former Wallabies star get rid of his 'porn star moustache and 'clean up his unconventional look to make his appearance more attractive.'
'There is still a fear that he just won't resonate with the majority of girls, so they are really banking on his sense of humour and down-to-earth demanour to win them over,' the source added.

He has begun filming his season of The Bachelor after being officially announced as Channel Ten's newest suitor two weeks ago.

And Nick 'Honey Badger' Cummins was seen frantically preparing for a group date with a host of eligible ladies on Monday at the Sydney-based mansion.

The hunky larrikin, 30, appeared wide-eyed before being given a can of deodorant from a crew member on set.  

Nick stood near the large oak door of the infamous Glenorie property, as he readied himself to use the Rexona spray.

The sports star, who has played in the rugby sevens and for the Wallabies, appeared to read the label as he held a bottle of water in his other hand.

Placing the water on the floor, Nick lifted his shirt to provide a decent application of the product on his underarms.

The curly-haired athlete cut a casual figure in jeans and a button-up plaid shirt that provided a glimpse of his muscular torso.

As Nick will have more than 20 women competing for his attention and affection over the series, he appeared to take his grooming seriously.

After dousing himself in the anti-antiperspirant, Nick appeared to raise his arms in an effort to dry the product.

In comes after previous Bachelor Richie Strahan vehemently denied rumours he had terrible body odour while filming his season in 2015.

When greeting the ladies for the group date, there appeared to be smiles all round as Nick confidentially welcomed each lady with a hug and kiss.

An 'unnamed source', in an interview with The Daily Telegraph, recently claimed that Nick had known hopeful Cassandra Wood for more than 12 months and the pair were 'more than friends' before her appearance on the show.

However, a spokesperson for Network ten remained tight lipped on the potential pairing, even refusing to acknowledge Cassandra's imminent entry into the Bachelor mansion.

'Ten will neither confirm or deny speculation about the identity of rumoured Bachelorettes on this season of The bachelor Australia and looks forward to revealing the contestants to viewers later this year,' the spokesperson said.

With Port Macquarie-born Nick's down-to-earth charm, it's believed producers are hoping he will connect well with audiences.

'Viewers loved Sophie's authenticity and the fact that she was so down to earth. Ten felt they might be able to replicate that with Nick,' a source for Network Ten reportedly said to The Sunday Telegraph.
