It can be a struggle to find everlasting love on a reality TV show.

But it looks as though Australia's upcoming Bachelor In Paradise is set to buck the trend, with star Apollo Jackson confirming that 'at least three couples' from the series are together.

Speaking to the Daily Telegraph on Thursday, the 25-year-old said the island-based spin-off had a more 'real-world' experience compared to The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.

'It was a more relaxed, real-world dating thing,' he explained.

'If you like someone, you can spend the next 12 hours getting to know them... so you know them really well.'

Cast members Keira Maguira and Jarrod Woodgate have already been photographed together on multiple occasions kissing and canoodling, indicating that they may be one of the three couples Apollo was referring to.

The official trailer for the show was released earlier this month, featuring Lisa Hyde, Jarrod and Keira, Laurina Fleure, Nina Rolleston and more.

An emotional Keira is shown breaking down in front of the cameras, showing a decidedly softer side than she did as 'villain' in the 2016 season of The Bachelor.

'I am kind of thinking, 'What's wrong with me?' I just want someone to love me for me,' she weeps.

Meanwhile, a female contestant - possibly Tara Pavlovic or Florence Alexandra - is seen getting hot and heavy with The Bachelorette star Jake Ellis under a waterfall.

Magician Apollo makes an appearance, as he is shown shirtless and twirling fire - much to the excitement of the female contestants.

The Paradise cast are seen enjoying a series of romantic dates including snorkelling, swimming in waterfalls and horseback riding along the beach.

'There was definitely a spark!' Jarrod Woodgate says in a piece to camera, possibly in reference to his now-girlfriend Keira.

The reality TV lovebirds confirmed their romance last month when they were photographed making out at a beach.

But it isn't all romance, as the trailer offers glimpses of Laurina, Tara and Keira breaking down in tears as contestants are accused of 'cheating'.

'This love triangle has become a love square,' Tara explains, before adding: 'I feel really bad.'

But despite the heartbreak, the trailer ends by promising there will be a proposal, with a mystery man asking: 'Will you marry me?'

'Well, we are staying at the same resort,' she told Daily Mail Australia at the Stan UnReal premiere on Friday.

The 27-year-old continued by saying viewers would have to tune in to see whether there really were romantic sleepovers in store for the cast.
