Re the bolded - again, that's where the fake part comes in.  IMO, what's happened there is complete producer driven versus spontaneous.

How do we know it wasn't spontaneous? Chris has picked her up and hugged her several times. It was all over their mini golf date in episode 4...

OK, thanks. Yea it was strange but trying to keep with the finale date in mind, didn't know how it was going to be done with only 3 htd's. IMO it could be different too.

They were like 2 lovebirds that could not keep their hand apart and kiss. When I watched it, I thought I was almost a voyeur.

I am following this Canadian series for the first time ever not having a favourite. In the past my favourites were always the F2 so I ended up as heartbroken as the runner-up.

So being unbiased, I want to say in all the series I have watched (not many and mainly Australian) the initial attraction the lead has with someone is there at the end. The show becomes trying to make the competition intense by the lead having 'new intense feelings' for someone else.

Comments have been made that Chris seemed more into Mikaela than Lyndsey on the first night. But it was a one horse race with Lyndsey after that . . . until now. Chris is questioning his future with Lyndsey only. IMO this is a typical dilemma of the lead and the F1. Maybe I am wrong this time I will have to wait and see.

By the way, I checked her blog..... so she had this very fancy bachelor episode party , with Dee and Jessie and tons of friends, bachelor theme....... very fancy.

And she would do that because she is F2 ??? Mmmmmm

I disagree. For me Mikael was always present for those who did not focus on Lindsey only. All signs are there to see for those who want to

Again, if you look back at my past posts, we don't actually SEE Noah making that statement so IMO it could very easily be a statement as follows:

"Almost half of you will be sent home" with the word ALMOST being left out. So, IMO my original filming schedule of 4 HTD's could still happen...or not. BUT to not think that is a possiblility considering how these shows are edited may be a problem. IMO, we need to leave it till next epi to find out. I NEVER said that 3 meet the family. We need to look back to season 2 of Bach can. 4 had HTD's and only 2 met the family. There were no FD's with anyone other than Trish and April. Don't know if that season was forgotten.

I have no idea if any of the other girls did it. I don't recall. It doesn't matter to me because my point was what is he going to do when she comes at him like that?

I'm not trying to prove anything. I am just expressing what I think the differences are between his behaviour toward Lyndsay and Michaela. All the affectionate gestures you listed remind me of Season 2 when the same type of things were listed as why Trish was F1. I disagreed then and I disagree now. I guess we will just have to agree to disagree until we see the finale.

He certainly didn't mind it.

Chris is questioning his future with Lyndsey because he has legit concerns. Not because she is his only option.

Something that also stood out to me was that he immediately reassured Mikaela that he was wrong for shutting down after she said she was falling in love and he was ready for the "M/C love story". That is not something you should say to someone when you already know you are choosing the other girl. JMO.

I really like Lyndsey so hopefully she is f1 though I don’t mind mikaela and I do see little Chris is very into both girls so I can see mik as f1 as well

Now I hope we can nail the f1 down with scaps before frc if not it’s a first time in a long time that I’m just enjoying the love story ! I can see him with both girls who I like

Though that scap @HEA found of mikaelas legs walking on the beach with the long black dress has been on my mind....I just wonder if it’s frc?
