It looks awesome! JoJo gave us a great glimpse into this project all summer long and as we saw, she was totally in charge and did so much of the work with two great helpers. She's not a glorified renter, that's for sure.

I wonder if she'll sell it or rent it like she did with the ones pre bachelor. I'm looking forward to her next one to see if she does a similar style.

In Podcast 9, Jojo mentioned she had it listed that day and was going to look st another house to renovate and flip.

Jordan is in SEC Now (Tuesday) with what looks like brand new blue suit which is very classy/spiffy. I think he is in Charlotte for this show. Peter and Marcus commented on his new suit.

Oh my that flip is gorgeous! It's one thing to hire everyone for a flip and another when you get down and dirty and do the tear down yourself! Major props to JoJo and Jordan! yes

I've said it before, I'd love to watch her on her own show.

@elena.shayk I don't think anyone knows his schedule. I only read he will be doing some studio shows. Last year he was not in studio every week

Not sure if this a regular gig. Peter had a $10 bet with Jordan that he was going to screw up the use of the jumbo screen to illustrate the different QB plays. Of course Jordan was like a pro even tho it was the first time yo use it live. Peter paid Jordan the $10 bet live on screen.

Because Hurricane Irma may hit FL this weekend, maybe Jordan is planning to travel to Gainesville FL earlier than Friday . Jojo could be traveling to Charlotte and they travel together to FL (my guess).
