Honestly, Dean and DLo should have stayed together.  Neither one can string a sentence together, and both of them with their constant giggling.

Kristina may have liked Dean and thought their time together (when filming was on hold) was good. It is obvious to me, from Dean's own words and actions on BIP, that he is not really into her. He literally told her to date other guys in Paradise. It was very clear, IMO. He may have batted his eyelashes at her just prior to the RC, but the decision was hers to make. She gave him a rose. She refused to accept exactly what he was telling her. Unless there was something shown during the 30 minutes of tonight's show that got preempted by DJT's speech, I don't blame Dean for any of Kristina's heartbreak. I still don't like Dean, but I think Kristina was forewarned and she gave him a rose anyway. JMO.

I blame both. Dean keeps going back to Kristina right after he got back from the date and by the fire. Then after snuggling with her on the beach he runs off to get a 1/2 Birthday cake for DLo. If he doesn't like her he should leave Kristina alone but instead he keeps giving both girls hope and encouragement.

JMO but after watching the first episodes my initial opinion of this being the worst cast has only strengthened.

Agreed. I usually love BIP, but I have no motivation to watch this season. The cast just seems majorly trashy and thirsty like never before.

Lol I actually like it that both DLo and Dean have this whole nervous laughter/always smiling thing going on. They even smiled while kissing I did "feel" their chemistry more than him with Kristina. It also seems to me that they put the laughter on a loop like Josh's pizza sounds and Ben Z's dog talk. DLo even got the memo to ask Ben about his dog (I wish she had taken Ben on the date instead - I like him )

Dean's very confusing though IMO. He talked with Kristina about taking it slow yet told her he looked forward to hanging out with her after the date and then told her he was missing her when he got back. He also downplayed the date and the kiss (calling it a "peck"...yeah, right ), which is not smart since she can clearly watch it on TV now. And then of course snuggling with Kristina by the fire and then doing the whole "grand gesture" of presenting DLo with a half birthday cake in front of the whole group.  

Both Dean and DLo seemed pretty tipsy at that bonfire ... and I actually found the pizza incident hilarious with Alexis crying in her ITM and Derek (who also appeared quite tipsy himself) taking a bite

But yeah, when Dean said that he literally told Kristina she should say yes if another guy asked her on a date, Nick's assessment here is/was basically mine as well:

Ok, someone needs to tell Alexis, that she has to thank her lucky stars that she was on Nick's season. Any other lead would've sent her home night one. Why is she still acting so bitter about Nick.

I definitely think Dean is sending Kristina mixed messages, he's not that into her, but leads her on for the rose. Not cool in my book. Jmo.

Oh yes, colour me confused on why Alexis of all people threw shade at Nick. She was friendzoned the entire time, got a "fun" edit, he told her she was amazing when he let her go, and she doesn't even have the excuse of being "heartbroken" ... so why the shade? Was she secretly in love with him or something?
