Peter was not in the car on the bridge in the preview coz the bridge is closed. There is zero proof that he made it to the FRC. He was eliminated the night before and Bryan was the only one at FRC.

I don't have a problem with that ... but imo, it isn't enough proof for me to say that Peter didn't make it to the FRC.

They all say something along those lines by the time the FRC comes.
You just can't be 100% sure.
Which for me means she was willing to choose Bryan even though she is not sure he will propose.
Which means love is more important for her than a proposal.

No. Why? I don't know where you got that idea.

Those post looks like the ones you see all over London and other places that can be raised and lowered as needed. Therefore while normally the road is closed, it appears it could be open for certain situations like the filming of the show and other special things. But normally it is closed.
