I just noticed something else. In the preview where Bryan is saying I've given my all, and Rachel is shown saying We're in two different places, we've assumed she's talking to Peter because she's wearing the gray sweater. But notice her false eyelashes there. When she is crying wearing the gray sweater, she is not wearing false eyelashes. Walking in the rain, in the lobby of Peter's hotel, no makeup. These seem to be two different times. Why would she wear the same gray sweater?

We usually, most times than not, get s/caps of both the F1/F2 limo's etc. This time we didn't. IMO we didn't because there is only one person that arrives.

Also, when Rachel arrives at the FRC location, there are a lot of pictures that need to be taken. Placement of props get moved around (sleuthed many times in previous season, especially JoJo's season) I checked the FRC location, and nothing was moved around. Plus make up re touch, hair  and so on. This takes time. She could have been there when it cleared up and after a couple of hours the F1 arrives because I brought over a s/cap that had a distinct dark cloud in the distance. Since it's been confirmed the sun sets so late, and IMO there's only one person, Bryan, the timing of the arrival of the limo compared to when Rachel is standing in her spot, doesn't much matter.

We usually sleuth the promo shots, the lead standing in the FRC spot. We can see props have been moved around, we can tell the time of day, we can see a plant in a corner, and next shot it's gone. JoJo's FRC location had the most changes I remember. The nicer scene was for the F1. There is nothing to compare in Rachel's season as far as the FRC location.

I can also see some differences between the SUV limo that pulls up to the FRC and the one crossing the bridge. The one crossing the bridge has a large white rectangular or oval on the back (larger door handle) and it looks like it may have a white roof too, and looks to be more retro body shape. Whereas the other one is more traditional black SUV.

for me the grey sweater is the same she is wearing with peter. we can also see the same ring and necklace.





and when she is with Bryan she is wearing a black pants, black top and she has her hair different.

@HEA, Yes, the first two SC go together IMO and were sleuthed earlier. IMO That is when she lets Peter go the night before the FRC. Both those SC match his hotel as well - Hotel Los Agustinos.

In the next 3 SC, the middle one doesn't go with the remaining 2 IMO coz that is from the time she sent Adam home IMO.

She has false eyelashes in the first shot where it seems like she's facing Bryan (but we don't really know who she is talking to). She has the same sweater on but has false eyelashes. It's where she is saying We're in two different places. She looks down and she has the long false eyelashes on. But not in the other scenes where she is breakup up with Peter. They don't show what she is wearing with Bryan. As she is going up the stairs, I think she has her coat on, and her coat is black.

I think the night with Peter is a looooong one. And the false lashes can be accounted for this way IMO:

scenario 1: (most likely IMO)
she arrives in gray sweater with lashes on and begins with "we're in two different places."
he cries alot - what's wrong with me etc.
she cries her eyelashes off
she is emotional and scared of breaking things off.
she takes a walk outside.
she comes back in with umbrella.
she cuts him and leaves.
he cries on the floor

scenario 2:
she arrives in gray sweater with lashes on and begins with "we're in two different places."
he cries a lot - what's wrong with me etc.
she cries her eyelashes off and cuts him.
he cries on the floor
she frets all night and changes her mind
she returns with umbrella and no lashes and reinstates him (big first in a season of firsts)

Maybe scenario 2 is why there there could be a two proposals as you and @richmondrose have have theorized.
