If these two know what they're up against, Disney/Bachelor/ruthless hollywood, they're doing themselves no favor talking to anyone but their attorneys. You don't mess with the big 3 w/o serious consequences. Here's hoping Corrine has the balls to take them on, otherwise this is just another tabloid story buried once a settlement is reached.

The latest article by the Daily Mail.  A version of the story as told by a friend of DeMario's who apparently witnessed their interaction.  Not sure if the friend is another contestant or a producer.

I thought she wasn't there??  

I don't think it necessarily implies that this particular producer witnessed it firsthand, she still could be going by the accounts that were told to her.

I have to wonder when all is said and done, what will really be "won" out of all of this.
Even if there is money exchanging hands, I can't imagine it being worth it. Not when it tarnishes your reputation. And that goes for any of the parties.

For sure. Corrine will be hated, and probably already is for ruining everyone's summer fun. Regardless. She will be guilty in the public's opinion. JMO I could be totally wrong.

The words "was going to make" I took as she was advising her not to do it while it was happening.

I don't think she is going to be coming out of this smelling like a rose no matter how much money she could possibly be awarded or how platinum her vagine is. That may be the last we ever hear of that term. I hope so.
I have to wonder if that was all bs about being offered a show as I can't imagine wtf would watch that. JMO.
I don't wish anything bad to happen to anyone, but before any of this stuff ever happened I never had a high opinion or liking of her. Now I just hope she gets therapy along with the rest of her family.

If the show thing is true, her exaggerating/making false claims and publicist firing her makes more sense. She was probably in talks for a show like the twins HEA and realized the day after that she blew it for everyone. (mainly herself, but also her friend producer(s?)and publicist). If that ends up being true, wow. Poor DeMario. ALL JMO.

The world we live in where

and the only concern is not being publicly nude, not having public oral sex, not being with multiple men in a short time span, not drinking so much that it effects your memory but how it will effect your image.
Something is very, very wrong with this kind of thinking IMO.

The thing I find most shocking is that the actual events are not really in dispute, just the motivation and aggressor. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think both sides of the story share the same basic facts:

They got undressed in the pool with everyone around
There was naked heavy petting (to put it politely) in the pool with everyone around
There was oral sex in the pool with everyone around

All of that allegedly occurred by both accounts, so this was going on for a while and had gotten to at least that point.

I'm no saint and I've been in a lot of scandalous and crazy situations. I try not to be judgmental. But I can honestly say that I have never ever been in a situation like above. If I ever saw the above scenario actually play out in my real life, I would automatically assume something bad was happening and would step in. There is no other way that anyone that I know would ever even consider participating in the above. And I mean that from both angles...no man or woman that I know would willingly behave like this.

That Daily Mail article seems way to detailed to not be told from another cast members POV or some crew member who was there IMO. Very interesting. Quite a detailed timeline too IMO.

Does anyone here really believe that C was seriously being considered for her own show?  Maybe if the rumors are true that C was hesitant to sign onto BIP, TPTB dangle a carrot (potential for her own show) in front of her nose as a way to convince her to do BIP.  My alternative theory is that TPTB offered Corrine a show as a bribe to keep her mouth shut after the incident was reported as a way to prevent her from suing. Who knows?! This is the biggest mess!
