In my opinion I can understand having therapy for being embarrassed and causing cancellation of show due to her and Demario's actions and all the press knowing details of the incident, no privacy whatsoever. The show should have just cancelled and released press statement that an incident of reported misconduct happened without the names of those actually involved until investigation was complete.

Raven's statement above is pretty damning IMO. Now I don't know what to think.

The show never mentioned names. It was Amy Kaufman. And the press doesn't know all the details. Everything is speculation based on sources.

So where in the world did anyone get the idea that Corinne didn't consent, it makes no sense.

I just feel like a lot of people, press as well as Jasmine and Raven, have failed to notice that so far Corinne hasn't actually accused Demario of anything. I would understand them going after her if she was calling r*pe and got the show cancelled because of it, but that's not actually the case. The show got cancelled because two producers filed a complaint, not Corinne. Corinne also isn't the one leaking all kinds of details to the press including their names, so I don't get why people are blaming her for Demario getting fired and whatnot. You can blame RS for that or Amy Kaufman, or all the media outlets making this whole thing about Demario "assaulting" Corinne, when there's no proof of that so far. I hate to defend Corinne, since I can't stand her, but I just feel it's unfair to blame everything that's happened on her, when so far she (or her lawyer and publicist) has released one statement where she makes it clear she doesn't remember what happened. We don't even know what her plans are at this point, whether she's planning to sue anyone or not. Maybe she is really just waiting to see what the result of the investigation is like the rest of us?

I get having a strong opinion if you were there, but I feel like Raven and Jasmine are really jumping the gun here. It's all on tape, so if they're sure they're right, then can't they just wait until the facts come out and see what happens? At least wait and see if Corinne tries to make a case against someone. IMO they're just showing their true colours by quickly throwing their so called friend under a bus. As if they're doing it to defend their "friend" Demario. Have they even spent more than two days with him? They're defending themselves above all, since fans weren't impressed by their bratty (IMO) SM behaviour after they got home. It's just so transparent IMO and really immature. Oh and saying Corinne was acting no different than she was on Nick's season doesn't mean much, since she was clearly hammered then as well. I just can't with any of these people.

IMO, they probably would have waited if it didn't become public, but DeMario is being dragged through the mud by most media outlets. I'm glad they spoke out, and I don't think they're throwing her under the bus if it's true.

Corrine released a public statement alleging that she was sexually assaulted. She is absolutely accusing him of something. She's well aware of the media attention this is getting and of the fact that it's being strongly implied that DeMario assaulted or r*ped her. At any point, she could have come forward and said that he did not. Instead, she released a statement referring to herself as a victim, claiming that "as a woman, (her) worst nightmare has now become reality," and claiming that she did not consent to a sexual encounter. It's crystal clear what she is alleging, and if she's lying about it, she needs to face serious legal consequences.

I saw earlier today, and he has since deleted it, in fact deleted it as I tried to copy it, but Elan tweeted: The singularity is organic. This is word for word since that was all I could copy. Later, Raven comes out with a statement. This is either orchestrated "leaks" by TB or not. IDK, ugh!!

I think that statement was written by her lawyer and it's purposely vague. How could she claim she was assaulted while at the same time saying she has little memory of that night and she's pursuing the details and facts surrounding it? The whole thing just sounds to me like she's saying she doesn't remember what happened, but since they suspended the show because of it, it must've been something bad. Whether any of it is Demario's fault, however, remains to be seen. I don't blame her for not straight up saying he did nothing wrong, IF she really doesn't remember. Let the facts come out first. What if it turned out he did do something wrong and then she's already absolved him of everything? She'd have no case anymore. No lawyer would let her do that. I think she's just following their advice at this point and everyone should just calm down and wait to hear the result of the investigation before stoning anyone. I also think not remembering a sexual encounter that happened on camera and then having some people suggesting you were assaulted and others saying you were forcing yourself on others would be pretty nightmarish in itself. JMO.
