Another article with some new info...biggest two things in it (IMO) are that neither Corinne or DeMario have seen the tape and WB plans to wrap the investigation up within a week.

http://www.hollywoodreporter.com/live-feed/bachelor-paradise-2017-corinne-olympios-demario-jackson-battle-tape-1013979

If no sexual assault occurred, that would mean the tape would be WBs to do what they want with it. I hope that's the case because I would love for them to release it and embarrass the hell out of Corinne.

Bachelor in Paradise contestant Jasmine Goode says co-star Corinne Olympios not only interacted with DeMario Jackson but also "forced herself on three male cast members when they were unable to consent" on the day of an alleged incident of misconduct, of which the latter woman has said she is a victim.

Production on the ABC reality show was shut down last week. Production company Warner Bros. had said in a statement that it was suspended amid "allegations of misconduct" on the set in Mexico and that the group is "conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations." It did not provide details.

A producer had filed a complaint questioning whether Olympios was able to give consent for a sexual encounter with co-star Jackson. Insiders told E! News that the producer did not witness the alleged incident.

"The day of the incident under investigation, Corinne did not display any change in behavior from what was observed by the cast on her season of The Bachelor," Goode said in an exclusive statement to E! News. "Corinne forced herself on three male cast members, when they were unable to consent, in addition to engaging with DeMario. After the incident everything seemed fine. There was no mention about being hurt. However, when producers tried to cut her off from drinking, she got upset and said, 'Watch, watch what I'm gonna do.'"

"The cast is not encouraged or forced to engage in any behaviors or to drink alcohol," Goode continued. "Producers check in to make sure the cast is comfortable and accommodate to the needs requested."

Olympios' attorney, Marty Singer, told E! News, "Several cast members and producers have come forward confirming the facts disclosed by my client."

"If nothing improper occurred on the set of Bachelor in Paradise, why was the production shut down within two days of production?" he said. "Shutting down production of a television series is almost unheard of. The investigation and subsequent shutting down of the series was initiated based on complaints made by producers on the set of Bachelor in Paradise."

Things are going to get interesting... 2pop

Very interesting indeed! Perhaps once the investigation it over, Corinne will be the one considered acting inappropriately, if what Jasmine is saying is true?

I also found Corinne's attorney's statement interesting. He said that cast members and producers came forward confirming Corinne's version of events. How, if Corinne can't remember anything? If the 2 producers confirming Corinne's version of events were the producers who filed the complaints, then they weren't present when the situation happened and didn't view the footage. How can they then confirm anything? I think it's interesting that there might be fellow cast members agreeing w/the Corinne version of events. It would have to be people from the original cast because the production was shut down before they even had the first rose ceremony. It could just be something Corinne's attorney is saying as well and there aren't actually any other cast members supporting/agreeing w/Corinne's version of events.

So all the stories about the producers showing Corinne and DeMario the footage were false? Interesting.

I also find it interesting that Jasmine is saying Corinne forced herself on three male cast members who were unable to consent but then turns around and says that the producers are always checking to make sure everyone is okay. So which is it?

Corrine claiming she was too drunk to consent
Jasmine saying 3 other guys were not able to consent (because they were too drunk?)

So basically, it's just an orgy where people are getting sexually assaulted all over the place because they are all either too drunk to too aggressive to consent.

Do any of them know what consent means? I'm being serious, I'm starting to wonder if they are just throwing around big words without any sense of the impact that kind of language has. Wherever this lands, it's not a good look for this show. Jasmine might be helping with Demaurio in terms of those allegations, but she's not helping this franchise survive this media storm.

I think what Jasmine is trying to say is that she believes that Corinne was the aggressor in all of this.  I agree she shouldn't have said that the 3 men Corinne was with after DeMario weren't able to consent, but I think she sort of used it to turn the tables on Corinne.  If Jasmine had to talk to the media at all, she should have just stuck with her comment where she said that Corinne's behavior was no different than the behavior she displayed on Nick's season.  To me, that's the bigger, more important point to make.

Another thing...if she remembers little and hasn't seen the tapes, how is she getting therapy for physical and emotional trauma?? Like what could they even talk about? Everything about her side of the story makes me think it's BS and a money grab.

Personally, this is just me, but I find Jasmine to be as objectionable as Corinne, albeit for different personal reasons. So they equal each other out in my mind.
Hopefully, an arbitrary investigation will be made. A determination will be made. And that will be that. Then all 3+ parties involved can tweak their own behaviors.

I apologize for multiple post, but I've always been interested in entertainment law and love reality tv, so mix the two and I become addicted. This Vanity Fair article about her lawyer is fascinating. I'd heard of him, but didn't know that he's basically the Olivia Pope of Hollywood. For those who don't watch Scandal, he's more of a fixer than an actual lawyer. One more thing that makes me think Corinne knows she messed up and doesn't want the tape shown. JMO.

@sweeti810 where did it say Corinne doesn't want the tape shown?

Nowhere. That's part of my opinion. I thought it seemed clear since I started the sentence with "one more thing that makes me think" and said JMO after the sentence.

You may think that but is there a reason you think that? Generally if there is a thought, gut feeling, something that is an opinion, there is usually a reason?

We can think up all sorts of things, but they don't really mean anything, if there isn't anything to back up our thoughts.

I want to make sure we are very clear in this thread.

Why would she not want the tapes shown if she has to prove that she was in no shape to give consent?

IMO, she doesn't want the tapes shown and hired Marty to try to silence WB because the tapes could harm her reputation (and maybe even impact the family business). IMO, she is aware that her behavior was inappropriate and daddy hired Marty to scare WB. I say daddy because Corinne probably had no idea who Marty was before this. All of this is my opinion/thoughts based on the things we've heard so far.

I actually did have to laugh when i read this because i agree 100%. Why are you getting therapy for physical and emotional trauma if you have no memory. And this was for the actions at the pool with Demario, what about the night portion making out with 4 other guys, did your memory suddenly come back where you didn't seem too concerned with that part. One maybe could argue if she seen the tapes and did not remember doing any of those things she seen, might be traumatic. But she had no memory. IMO what she should be getting is alcohol counseling.
Not to mention, if she was that drunk at the pool she would have been close to blacking out completely, yet she was still coherent enough to keep drinking and enjoy the night part of the day. If she had that much alcohol in her system to be totally wasted at the pool, IMO she would have already been close to alcohol poisoning if she continued drinking that night as well. She couldn't have had but a short nap if any to start shooting the night portion, and not enough for much of the alcohol to even get out of her system. None of this adds up at all, and IMO, Demario is the fall guy for her embarrassment.
