All we know is that Rachel is most likely in Jamaica, Rachel and Peter have both been very low key on IG today, and TOG has been quite active on IG today. That's all we know for sure! Still not losing hope until the finale

What if sticking them in a SH became too obvious? Just let them live their lives and hide in plain sight. Peter's abundant posting last week was suspicious to me and his lack of posting this week is just as suspicious. I don't know. Maybe I'm clinging to straws, but I imagine production would want to mix it up a bit because we all know what's happening.
