Bachelorette 13 - Rachel Lindsay - SM Media - *Sleuthing Spoilers* Discussion - #8

All of this speculation on who is the F1 is what makes this fun for me. That's why I don't go by what RS says as the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, even if I like the person he spoiled. I rely on the amazing sleuthers here and enjoy the forum much more when there's differing opinions on who the F1 is.
Now, to sleuth for Friday as it should be another SHV imo.

But isn't that sketch in itself him partying with other guys from the show? I thought F1's didn't hang with the other contestants after the end of the season, if someone can verify that it would be good because I don't remember that happening before but I could be wrong or it might just be an old school thing. Maybe he didn't want to say no, but if he was seen with other girls, it would be in the paper and could blow his cover as F2 pretending to be F1 as well perhaps. I'm just speculating here so this all jmo.

Lauren partied with Amanda, Jubilee and the twins while Ben's season was airing. Vanessa flew to Nashville and hung out with Danielle M, Kristina, and some other girls from Nick's season. They even went to some party that a bunch of JoJo's guys were at. Both of them ended up being F1. 

I don't think it's a big deal that Bryan went out with some of the other Miami guys. Especially since he was sitting back and texting someone in Josiah's IG stories and in that fan pic, was leaning away from the girls and had his arms crossed instead of putting an arm around the girls' shoulders like Josiah and Will did. Honestly, that night is what made me think Bryan might actually be F1 even before RS changed the spoiler, because it was very 'newly in a relationship' behaviour.

Ok thanks, I think it was more an old school thing. The F1 didn't hang with the other contestants but like everything I think it became pretty predictable and people could pick up who was F1 by who wasn't partying with the others. But in saying that, most of the F2/3 have said in the past that it becomes quite difficult when they go out because as soon as they are seen even remotely near or speaking to anyone, it becomes a headline that they aren't F1 and I know the contracts are pretty strict now so everyone is quite careful.

@pvpr My thoughts on that night: Yikes, because Bryan's behavior was that he seemed so distracted. 
Then when Will and Josiah toasted to Rachel it gave me two thoughts: would they toast to Rachel if the F1 was with them, potentially getting them in trouble? and when Bryan heard Rachel's name why did he turn and put his head down so quickly? 

I honestly 100% would rather Peter but I can't help but look at the other signs. 

Also some thought: Rachel keeps talking about a slow burn but did anyone think maybe she's talking from her perspective? ugh I honestly hate to say it, but she felt an instant connection with Peter during that one on one. But she didn't necessarily have one from Bryan at least in the first 3 episodes, other than them just making out. 

Yes Bryan is more aggressive from what I've gathered watching, but at this point is Rachel THAT into Bryan yet? Rachel seems very much into Peter but not so much Bryan, there definitely is an attraction between them but no depth yet, at least from what the viewers have seen. So maybe something happened between her and Bryan for Rachel to think maybe there's something deeper there.

So basically what I'm saying is maybe we should try to look at this slow burn thing not from Peter and Bryan's perspective, but from Rachel's.  Gosh, I would love to be wrong about her F1 being Bryan but when you try to look at it from various perspectives, it does give you pause.

I dont have nor see a problem with anyone F1, F2, F3 hanging out with others. I think people should be able to live their lives while waiting for a show to air. Shawn B had women fawning over him in Nashville. It is just unreasonable to expect these people to not to socialise or go out until the whole show airs. Just dont do a Ben F is all I ask and be respectful. IMO

Um I'm not sure what to make of it tbh. Imo he looks sad and didn't want to toast to Rachel. Did someone say this is when her great grandmother passed. Is that why perhaps? He wouldn't be careless enough to text her while the other guys are there unless they know right?. I was actually expecting him to appear quite jovial bacause I had resided to the fact he was F1 but not sure now. Oh lawdy lawd. Confusion has set in again. I think everyone needs to watch sm this weekend, this thing could really be up in the air IMO.

I completely agree, but I think producers many moons ago used to stop the F1 being with the other contestants in case they slipped up.

honestly, the whole thing is hard to decipher but since this week is an apparent SHV it might give us a clearer picture.
