I agree and I know I am in the minority here but I didn't love his comment on Ellen but didn't think it was nearly as bad as some made it out to be. Especially knowing they were drinking prior. I also know the show well enough they like to edit out key conversations at times and will just show us what they want AKA kissing. But he said himself she was open to him which indicates they have talked.

When did she say this and what was she talking about when she said it was a slow burn? Her f1? She didn't know coming out of the limo that she was interested in her F1? sorry not understanding this.

Not sure first 1:1 with a great date is a slow burn either.  Not sure either of the F2 really fit that.

Yeah, I don't see a slow burn for either Bryan or Peter.

That's how I feel too! I was waiting for Peter to initiate in tonight's episode, because I actually did think he looked jealous when the original Ellen episode aired. But, nothing! And for Rachel to be saying things post-filming like "He really, really, really loves me" and "say that again" when Mario was talking about how she's a strong woman, but needs a man to be a man and take control (paraphrasing, but something along those lines)...it just all seems very Bryan-y to me. I think she wants someone who never makes her doubt how much he loves her and I don't really see Peter as that guy, as he seems like he's still figuring stuff out. It'll be interesting to see if things do change, because he seemed more into her during their HTD, but it's definitely making me lean towards Bryan right now. IMO.

Edit maybe..? I am sure that Rachel and Bryan don't only make out lool I am guessing they have had conversations but the edit doesn't show that. So I am wondering about other moments between Rachel/Peter. I think when all the mot guys are gone we maybe able to check out more of their dynamic/interaction with Rachel.

We literally only got 5 seconds of Rachel and Peter just hugging today. I'd personally hold off the "Peter isn't into Rachel" till their second 1 on 1, IMO.

And that's just it - it's all coming from Rachel. Just like Rachel was the one who was gushing last week and was such a smitten kitten. I know I'm a little late in the conversation so much of this may have been discussed but as much as some see Bryan as smarm and only being physical, at least with Bryan so far, we're seeing his interest in Rachel. We're seeing him pursuing her. I'm not seeing that with Peter. And to be clear, I'm okay with a lead and a F1 where they seem like equals, like Nick and Vanessa in some way. Where as much as she wanted him, she wasn't afraid to question his being right for her and asking tough questions. So I'm fine with Peter and Rachel on an even playing field, like Sharleen described them in her recap. But so far I feel like they're not.

I feel like Rachel is way into him and he's just sort of lagging behind. With the crazy spoilers and no one really knows what's going on happening today, I came away tonight wondering if in the end, Rachel went with the guy she felt was really into her. And so in a sense did go with her head versus her heart. Maybe her heart was Peter but by the end something made her realize his feelings weren't where hers was so she went for the guy she had passionate chemistry with who was all in for her. Just speculating. And it would explain it truly being a tough decision, why she went back and forth on them all season and why maybe there is so much confusion around the spoilers.
