how do you define the difference between a teaser at the end of the episode and a teaser shared by ABC on twitter or facebook or ABC press?

which teaser is allowed and why the other are not?

I do not go on social medias at all but I would like to know please

I think the difference is that the Previews at the episode end and put out by ABC contain nothing but actual footage from the filming of the show. Other videos of interviews, and personal appearances by R or even some of the guys contain outside information that might influence your thinking. So, we are only looking at what actually happened not at what people are saying after the fact. Also, there are spoilers out there everywhere, so you might watch an interview and unknowingly get spoiled.

@HEA , Lost17 reminded me that she had posted the enhanced SC's of the (possible) wind turbines on page 8 of this thread. Thanks again to her for doing that for me! I tried to bring them over, but it's not working for me!

so the teaser that was shared about copper and jet and peter. It is footage right? So this is not spoiled material? What is the difference?
I am very confused about this. Or maybe something was shared and removed immediately?
Truth is, I much prefer the teaser at the end of the episode and that's all. I think they give away way too much 1-2 days before the show.
But if the teaser about copper, jet and peter was not okay, i would like to be explained why it was not please
