N&V appear to also have attended a premiere after party. The tweeter is an FX award winning industry guy. About the premiere itself, I took their attire plus quick exit of the red carpet to be because that particular red carpet was about the film - it's actors and others involved with production. I like that they were just there for a movie date and so didn't "work" for the cameras. Perhaps this is a sign of how they want things to be in the future, lowkey unless it's something specific to them. I'm thinking if Nick represents the franchise at the MTV awards they might do the "celebrity red carpet" route but in other situations, like this premiere, if they are there purely as guests or just for fun then they will keep a lower profile. JMO.

I also sense that Nick has gradually been moving the interview talk away from his relationship. It really isn't a normal thing to always be asked about your fiancé or relationship giggling

... except if you come from the Bach franchise. IMO it's always been important to Nick to keep this "real" so it's sweet when he volunteers info about how Vanessa likes him with or without a beard (for example) but otherwise nice that he can talk about dancing and his new business and keep his private life more private. I think they are finding a healthy balance between public/private. They give glimpses through their SM of them as individuals/as a couple while staying grounded by inching away from what is more usual for Bach alumni. I like that about them Smiley

@Skates Thank you so much for posting. That is some funky apparatus he is wearing on his legs. He must really be sore. I'm really liking that N & V seem to be developing a friendship with Peta and Maks. Two of my favourite men.

Vanessa was tagged in a Lise Watier post along with some other Canadian bloggers. Lise Watier is a Canadian cosmetics brand. It's an ad for a lipstick, where each woman answers the question "What makes me bold?" The ad campaign has an empowering feel to it, and the women who have already posted have given great answers. Looking forward to when Vanessa posts hers!

I'm hoping once Nick is finished with dwts and Vanessa has gone back to Montreal for a while, they can take a nice relaxing vacation...just the two of them! Maybe they can head to Hawaii!!

That would be nice, but I would also love to see Nick visit Vanessa in Quebec and her showing him around Montreal and Quebec City.

Canada is also celebrating 150 years this year so maybe a visit to Ottawa during the celebrations in July.

Vanessa posted about her foundation yesterday No Better You, the IG already has over 2K followers - which is just crazy as a couple days ago was only a couple hundred.

Love reading the positivity in her comments for once - especially the people from back home that know students she taught and how positive their comments are about her.

Good to see.

Nick posted a snap chat of what looks like an ice cream and coffee at what looks like an outside shop. You can see Vanessa's brown purse on the side. How sad is it that I know it's her purse? Geez!! I may need professional help!

Thanks for pointing it out. I have to replay it three, four times to see it. It's on the right side of the snap. and, NO you are not alone! I know her brown purse because I have a very similar one (I got it on sale!)

Lol! You have company. I am equally bad. laugh out loud

I keep telling myself that I'll remove the google alert on their names but I keep pushing it back. Once DWTS is done and there are no more articles cropping up every day, I might need a 12-step program for Nissa addiction. laugh out loud

. From the garble/mumble I heard from Nick he sure was enjoying the ice cream giggling

I loved the interviews posted here from yesterday from KTLA morning show and the Hollywood Live. Nick was just his usual handsome, witty self and love the humor and self deprication he uses to diffuse any of the "controversial" questions he is asked such as about Corinne or Shatner. It was mentioned by someone his subtle shift in his Corinne answer but for me watching it was way more than subtle. I think she really stepped in it with her recent comments about Nissa. Not that she cares or anything but Nissa especially Nick had always been so kind and complementary to her post filming and during airing and it seems at least in this interview Nick has no interest wasting any breath about her only saying "she is who she is" I really hope Nick can squeeze a few more weeks out of DWTS, I am loving the interviews (not to mention I love seeing his evolvement from nervous nelly no dance experience but promising moves Nick, to cooler, calmer, fun loving while improving and doing awesome at dancing Nick especially getting to see Vanessa at his side.
