I think he went to medical school in Arkansas.

He currently lives in New Smyrna Beach, FL, so saying he's from FL is normal, IMO.  But according to RS he's originally from Arkansas where he went to med school.  Because RS snarked about everyone could start shipping him and Raven since they were from the same state.  I don't have an actual hometown for him though.

I saw someone said it was Barbados and I think it is too bc if she is still in the states then someone would of spotted them right away IMO

No, we have no proof to fully confirm they are there.  It's speculation at this point, IMO.
