Cody and Danielle were married on August 6th. It was written in icing on a plate of cake left for them in their honeymoon suite. I had to rewind that part to be sure.
It seems to be a lot to ask to put their lives on hold for basically a year! I've read there are more episodes this season than others.

A year is far too long. I don't understand why the timing isn't better. Thanks for confirming the date of marriage @BachCanada1967.

Check out instagram -- November 10th Danielle posted a picture of the outside of the crab pad in Chicago and mentioned what she got to eat. Same night Cody post a picture of his leftover seafood platter and included a picture of the Crab Pad napkin and one of his hashtags was "date night". Very very good sign! Unless they were just hanging out as friends and calling it a date... but it appears they were for sure out to dinner together on 11/10.

He also has his pic location at the CrabPad and Danielle used the hashtag. No doubt they were out for dinner that day!

The preview for the next episode gives the impression there might be "progress" in their relationship. That would be great in my opinion.

Well, November was a long time ago...

Agreed. Doesn't indicate they are still together today... but since they're wedding was in August 2016 and the decision day is 6 weeks later it at least strongly indicates they chose to stay together at the beginning during decision day since they were having a date night 3 months after the wedding date.
