Of course he can. They have taken a final 4 and be the bachelorette before (Meredith Phillips), now if he goes on BIP he could become the bachelor ala Nick. Keep hope a live.

Most folks posted they saw little chemistry between Rachel & Jack & had him pegged as the next Bachelor. So I am confused as to how Jack's exit gives Peter a better chance at F1; IMO it is more likely Peter is a lock for the next Bachelor if he makes it to F4, really don't see any of the other guys remaining as next Bachelor....all jmho.

BUT do they have to be F4 to be the Bachelor ? And why couldnt he still be here for Rachel as f1 ?
