Well if they're renting then perhaps it's being sold to another investor already rented.

Nope, they themselves haven't said anything or hinted at moving. They could technically still stay there. The owner could be selling the home to someone else who plans on having it as a rental property to make money off of. It happens all the time.

I live in a two family home with two separate apartments. Last year the owner sold it to someone else. I'm still living in one apartment as is the other tenant.

ETA: if JoJo and Jordan wanted to buy it, the owner IMO would still list it with an asking price. Competition against JoJo and Jordan in regards to buying it would up the sale price for the owner.

So I guess that settles that... they've been renting.

The fact they were renting was always known. Public property records showed who owned the house and for how long.

@Ash2214 remember when jo snapped that house that was being built? I wonder if her and Jordan are building a house or its one of her renting properties.

Wherever they go, I hope they get more storage space!

We've gotten snaps of their house the past couple of weeks and it's looked like it always does with no sign of them packing anything up. They've been in Chico the past few days for their party with family and friends and I would imagine in most cases if they needed to get out of their house since it's up for sale that there would have been some sign of it, but nothing yet. I tend to think the owner is just selling it as rented. It's extremely common.

Wahh I love their house! I don't want them to move! Does the palm treed wall get to come with??

I don't follow them so I figured everyone knew the property records are easily located and that made it known they were renting. Maybe I shouldn't have assumed that.

Well, the company that furnished their home said they bought it. Jordan and JoJo never said they did, but there were things that also made it seem like they bought it. Not everyone is going to check property records to see who the owner is or if the house is up for sale. JMO

@Ash2214 I'm pretty sure it was made aware that the property records said it was being rented but to each his own.
