Hey I kinda think that is him now but they guy in the blue is darker.
He has the same tiny ear and same nose shape

I posted similar comparisons, I forget in which thread. I thought he may be the same but doing a side by side, the blue shirt guy has thick eyebrows, where as light suit guy doesn't seem to have the same. My blue shirt guy didn't have his hat on, which I thought his head was a different shape. I could be wrong.

As far as the guys not approaching Rachel, Ellen told them to specifically go out in the audience and get as much money as possible and the two winners would play a game. Rachel didn't even have any money in her hand until later when the camera pans from the guys back to her.

All his features are identical apart from the eyebrows, so I tend to think it's him. Unless we have twins on this season as well. Maybe he's frowning in the mansion pic or something.
