EDIT: He's actually gained 3 followers and is following 3 more people. @Aunties_Love posted a S/C of his stats on April 6 and he had 574 followers and was following 712.

Ok, I definitely think he is out.  I just looked again, and he has 583 followers, 721 following.  That's a pretty good jump.  Those numbers have changed a decent amount even since yesterday.
