I take sleeper to mean that he may be one way with Rachel and another way with the men. Who knows though. I will say I won't be surprised if this fella is not so great, villain edit or not. Just a feeling...

I thought sleeper villain meant right now he's an ok guy but as time goes on the villain side will come out. IDK

@guardianangel that is what I thought after place the answer and edit it out . So there are 2 doctors on Rae season then.

He seems awkward and slightly restrained...I think Rachel is a girl who likes to let loose when she's home and she needs a guy who can do the same...
from what we saw of him I don't get the sense that he makes it more than 2 episodes from now but then again he might have just been nervous when introducing himself - he also wasn't featured much in the ellen segment... imo
