Agreed! It's what these people do post show that is the real testament to their character. Vanessa has been spectacular, IMO. A true gem in every way. Imagine Vanessa had applied for Ben H's season. Nick would've probably ended up with Raven. I'm so glad these two met. "The stars aligned"

Her friends and family always talking about the hating and bullying makes me think it really did affect V.

I really hope Nick gushes about V on ATFR. I'm always left thinking if he can say that about that person then he can definitely say 10X better things about his fiance right?

ITA! I hope to hear and see all those pent-up emotions and words which Nick had to hold onto coz of being the lead. His eyes say a lot but I want the words now. I want to see the love story post-show which TPTB didn't show us.

With Nick on DWTS it will give her a platform for promoting her foundation and the work that they will do.

IMO anyone would be crazy to simply come on this show strictly to find a mate. But if they can come on the show and further a career (not just shilling) like Jordan, or do something positive with their popularity like Vanessa (or Ben with Humanity for hope or remember Jeff's People Water) and have a cool experience and travel the world then go for it!

Vanessa is a true gem!  What a beautiful woman using her popularity to bring a voice to the misunderstood. #NoBetterYou
