Ben Higgins - Lauren Bushnell - Bachelor 20 - Discussion - #7

It's a newer thing I believe. It's funny, I remember Jen talking some smack about her on social media last year about how they weren't ever close, but hey, whatever keeps these people relevant with these friendships, right? I had to add Jen on snap because I was curious. 

I don't know. If I were Ben, I wouldn't appreciate my fiancé drunk on a tour bus with random guys, rapping and stupidly dancing and shaking my bum with them while in a skimpy bikini, but that's just me and my opinion.

Hell if that was my fiancé, she would be fiance no more IMO. Yeah their friendship was random. I think it happened after Amanda & Jen started hanging out. Either way it's what these Bach people do (not just singling Lauren out), ride on eachothers coattails to stay relevant.

When did Jen talk smack about Lauren? They've always been friends. Lauren visited with her a couple times early in her engagment while she was in Florida with Ben for his work. They also did that Nashville trip together recently. Pretty sure Amanda was close to Jen on the show and that means Lauren probably was too.

I'm not hating on Lauren. I'm just saying that's not how I personally would act if I had a fiance and was in the limelight being judged for whatever. **edit**

How am I justifying her actions? Do explain. I'm stating my opinion.

And yes, she's wearing the engagment ring in most snaps. A few while she is in her bathing suit she's not.

Thanks for the update.  I went to edit and add to my post but accidentally deleted.  Oh well, it's been a long day.

Makes sense, not wearing it.  That wouldn't be something you'd want to loose or have stolen while your partying.  Or maybe it just didn't go with her bikini.  Suprised no B ring as a stand in.

Of course Lauren can go out and have fun when she's not with Ben. But those snaps though, IMO, it's not a good look.

Actually, that would make sense.... Before I gave in and had my wedding ring resized, I knew my fingers swelled in hot weather so I bought a cheapie band to wear in the summer. I think if I had an expensive Neil lane ring I would probably do something similar for those occasions when I didn't want to take it out. ( well, truth be told I'd probably sell it to buy a house, but you get the idea, ...)

Exactly. No one is saying she can't go out and have fun. She doesn't need to be chained down in their house in Denver. I personally just don't think it's a good look. I would say this about anyone and I would bet if this was any other girl from this franchise in a high profile relationship or another girl that was well known, people would feel the same. It's not just Lauren. All JMO

@sosleepy last spring after Ben's season was over Lauren Himle and Jen were asked who they were closest to in the house. They were asked if they were close to Amanda and Lauren and they both said "no way" and they then listed who they were closest to.  

Obviously not some horrible smack, but they clearly weren't close friends. It seems like it's more of a recent thing.

I think it doesn't surprise me anymore with all those Lauren being a party girl things, she has always been like that, imo, nothing new. Being a party girl is fine, just that if one day she owns it and stop pretending to be some girl next door ready to settle down in Denver, I may start to like her. All just my opinions of course.

Jenn's IG story of Lauren on the sidewalk with her legs wide open popping her booty in a bikini while people walk by just screams classy!  

Jenn just shouldn't be posting these IMO.
