How long before we see vivid offer corrin a contract?

What I find interesting is a couple reports Corinne and Demario talked and were ok.  It could also muddy waters if they were ok and then producer made one or both feel bad for what they did.  I really don't know what to think.  But definitely not shocked with wo was involved.  Many others have kept it much more low key.

I just don't know what to believe other than I think all parties take some blame.

Initially I thought the producer stepped up and brought attention to the issue, but after considering the whole "third-party complaint" as explained by kimberlyg, combined with the notion of consent raised in the People magazine write-up (which is obviously coming from the show), plus some other things, I am seeing another possibility.

Perhaps one contestant filed a complaint claiming that the producer(s) onset stood by filming while they engaged in acts that they did not/ could not consent to as they were heavily drunk, and that said drunkenness was encouraged by production. In turn the producer filed a third party complaint against the production company, possibly thinking "hey I'm not going down alone for this when this is an environment you've created to make money."

The reports of Corinne and DeMario talking seem to be very one-sided, as in one side says they talked and are okay. Nothing seemingly from the other side.

I'm guessing the producer who "did not turn up for work" knew there was no consent and said so that night otherwise if they were reacting to what a contestant alleged it wouldn't have been until the next day when they sobered up IMO.... so I'm thinking when C & D were sober, they showed them the footage, maybe asking them to confirm or deny what was consented?  But then maybe C (and/or or D) seeing it back, said they couldn't remember it happening etc etc....

Or C didn't care until she got sent home and daddy heard she got thrown out for having sex on camera and the chit hit the roof and now she is saying she didn't consent. All my conjecture and opinion.

What a mess! I do think there's more to the story, since even TMZ made sure to mention what they reported is just Demario's side and there are different versions. In any case, props to whoever producer had the nerve to step up and say things have gone too far now. I'm sick of them pushing the envelope year after year. If you want to shoot porn, go shoot porn! I'm sure there are plenty of opportunities in LA. JMO.

A part of me has to wonder, if something like this isn't a boon for the franchise.
Ratings will be great for the rest of the 'Ette season like rubber necking at a traffic accident.
I wonder if TPTB are secretly rubbing their hands together in glee. They can dump BIP, modify it or start from scratch with something totally new next year.

The one source indicated the 3rd party production person was a "producer". I wonder if that part was true or error. That was interesting. IMO If that's true, it leads me to wonder if this wasn't meant as kind of pull out or redemption for the show by dumping the onus on Corinne and DeMario.

@Kashathediva good point. We heard there were going to be surprises this year. Instead of it drying up and dying like Bachelor Pad they send it out with a bang and get more people watching for the train wreck. Gross but totally MF like. JMO.

I'm not trying to imply that production set up a scenario on purpose to bring up a lawsuit. That would be farfetched IMO.
However, I do think since the circumstances presented themselves and if the production person was a producer it may have been a no brainer on their part.  (TPTB's, not just that one producer's)
This way they come out looking like they good guy and the cast out of control. Just saying.
Also it gives a bit of a bounce to the 'Ette season which generally lags in ratings compared to TB and this season is lagging a bit compared to other past seasons.
Hmm... now the cogs are really whirling in my head. LOL
