Eric brings with him natural swag and confidence, fake confidence or not, he did great. The whole thing was incredibly hilariously awkward.

IMO I think Eric based on their interaction could easily enter the friend zone, but then again Rachel might actually want a guy she could build a friendship with. Just like someone mentioned, the joke with Dean was kind of awkward but Rachel seemed to like the joke, and i think physically he caught Rachel's eyes and Eric might have been the ones that I saw some sparks with. Like it has been mentioned Rachel loves corny jokes, and IMO if she didn't take offense with Nick's I'm a minority joke, I think she was fine with Dean's joke.

Which one was Eric? If anyone comes across that clip, please post it. I got distracted at that point and didn't see all of it.

I can see her with a buff guy but not one that always works out
