Nick Viall - Bachelor 21 - Episode 7 Feb 13 - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

We haven't seen much of Vanessa but in the times we do see her, aside from her first 1-1, every time she's on screen, she does/says something that bugs me.

That is the only reason I'm kind of ok with it, that being said... I'm still not watching her.    I'll change the channel or ff threw her one.

This made me think about future Nick's IG with all those happy couple pics with Vanessa. That will be a change! I'm so used to Nick being so single!  I hope we can finally see Nick happy. I always think Nick seems just a little bit sad, all the time. His smile in his IG pics never quite reaches his eyes. Curious to see if Vanessa changes that.

@ileyki, good points. I don't see V as the bad guy, but rather, as usual, the F1 is left out to dry. She is amazing and he is lucky. so what else can i say? nada.

Josh pulled off a miracle and made me somehow not hate Andi anymore.

I'm almost kind of totally ok with her. Yeah, I don't know what's wrong with me either.

I don't think Vanessa is perfect. But as Nick said in one of his early interviews, he wasn't looking to end up with the most popular person in the house. It's about who he connects with, and while I'm frustrated that the show isn't giving us much in that regard, I still trust Nick's instincts. He's 36 after all, and he's been through this enough to know the difference between bubble love and something with real potential.

I guess for me, I'm struggling to reconcile what I recognize now as my somewhat unrealistic expectations of Vanessa vs. reality. She can come off a little strong sometimes. But I would never have pegged Nick as the guy to pick someone demure.

Knowing Nick's type, he was always going to end with someone kind of catty, dramatic, and attention-seeking. I think it works for him, as he's pretty similar, IMO. Neither are bad people, but they're never going to be the popular kids, IMO.

Even my complete dislike of Josh couldn't make me ok with Andi.
