That's a super cute and flirty outfit (the kind of outfit that makes you feel flirty, feminine and sexy) whoever the guy(s) are that she likes - imo there's a good chance he/they are on this date

It can be a good thing or bad thing, depends on how the show edits their smartness. There is a rachel kind of smart or a Taylor Nolan kind of smart

P.s. I see demario running to hug her - I don't think he had a 1:1 yet which means he has one coming up soon and I already saw some sparks from their first meeting so all this is a good sign! I think he'll go far...

So far Demario and Peter are the ones that I have seen Rachel have that spark with. See either or both of them in F4/F3
