Bachelorette 13 - Rachel Lindsay - General Discussion - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

I think it will be between Rachel and Raven. JMO

With how many BIP people Raven is following, I think she is going to be on BIP.

Just listened to RS's last podcast with Possessionista. He said that final casting for the Bachelorette happened over the last 2 weekends in LA. He has a few names so far. He hasn't heard of any big names/pseudo-celebrities and according to him so far it's the "same group of D-bags they always cast..personal trainers, bartenders and stuff like that". Yay to whoever gets to be the bachelorette!    

I hope there are atleast 6-7 good guys in the group but I am mentally preparing myself for another season of frat boys if he is right.

This is why I think Rachel just wouldn't suit the Bachelorette. She's not going to be compatible with the bartenders/personal trainers that they cast. Even looking at JoJo, Kaitlyn, and Andi's seasons, there aren't any guys there that I could see Rachel lasting with, so I doubt the Season 13 cast would be any different.

It's looking that way but my top 3 choices would be Kristina, Dani M, and Rachel.
I'm still suspicious that Dorfman might make a run for a second go. It's never been done before with Bette and given her new book is due out soon plus tptb felt need to give her a guest appearance in NY, I suspect the waters are being tested.

Not the the show is holding it's breath for me, but if the re-cast MEOWandI, I will skip the season and be super-grandma this summer.

If they cast MeAndi, I will have to start drinking to get through the season. I knew I should have included No Bailing regardless of the lead, in the mod's contracts.

Man I can't even imagine that. Yikes! I hope we are both wrong @notarose, your speculation of MeAndi, and mine of Corrine.

I will still be here and be uber biotch mod, just not in front of my tv watching on Mondays! I would never leave this great bunch!

IMO I don't think Andi will ever be offered the lead role again. Her season got terrible ratings in the 18-49 demo and IMO TPTB will not take a chance with her again. JMO.

It could be interesting with the 25+ men all sugar daddies over the age of 50.

That freaking depresses me! Ugh!  

Raven is following more and more BIP folks. I really think that's what show she will be on (even though I think that show sucks more than The Bachelorette). Plus, I really do think she would support Rachel being the lead.

I know I said it would never be her, but I'm a little worried Corinne is a real contender. I saw Chris Harrison said something like even though she came off bad at first "people will start to love Corinne" , and Corinne herself said something similar on Ellen I think. IDK IDK. This show really is never say never. I still hope it's Rachel.
