The Amazing Race 19 - Discussion - *Spoilers*

Oh, brother! It's a 2 part episode!

I was worried about my 2 teams so glad it's apparently a NEL of sorts. It's really anyone's game this season even though the snowboarders won so many legs.

My family and I really enjoyed this episode. Great roadblocks and detours and nobody is nasty.

Thought it was smart and gutsy for that team (can't remember their names right now!) to get on the Brussels train without a ticket. How lucky were they?~! We did wonder, though, if they might pay a penalty for doing something illegal. Guess we won't know until next week.

Still waiting for the eating and heights roadblocks/detour!

Enjoyed TAR this week but I can't put up the scoreboard until my website where I host the images comes back. Seems my website host forgot to renew my domain on time and now I have to wait for it to repropogate. Once that happens I will get the scoreboard and recap done.

Yeah, I didn't get how they got to travel with no ticket.

Wow, that sucks.

My website host is finally looking into get my domain reinstated so it should be back in the next 24-48 hours. Since last week's TAR was a continuing leg I will wait until this weeks show to recap and update the scoreboard for the two weeks together.

I think they would be penalized if they travelled without buying a ticket. A lot of transportation in Europe is on the honor system.

I think they should be penalized even though they did buy a ticket because they were told there was nothing that could be done about losing it. It will be interesting to see if it's glossed over. She's not my favorite so have no problem with them having a time delay at the pit stop.

I was sad to see Bill & Cathi leave but they gave it a good go. I was so impressed by them this season. My dh & I are much younger but we'd have to train for a yr to be half as good as them. :laughingoutlou

There was some cool stuff this week and I continually hope that either Marcus/Amani or Cindy/Ernie will slip up and go home. It's really only Marcus and Cindy who bug me though. Tommy/Andy are still my favorites and probably the favorite to win but anything can happen. If nothing else they've won more legs than anyone else this season and maybe ever(?).

Oh well....they weren't penalized (Cindy and Ernie that is).

This was a good leg though I was very sorry to see Bill and Cathi leave. They were really strong competitors and just nice people. They clearly have a wonderful marriage!

My dd really wants Amani and Marcus to win, Albean, so I hope your 'dreams' don't come true (have you ever seen a 15 year old girl disappointed?!!?). I think Jeremy and Sandy will be the next ones out and then it will come down to taxis and directions as far as the winner.

And, finally, next week we will get the height challenge that would always get. That would have been the end of me.... Where now is the food challenge?
