Yes, it's the same girl who is Sandy on the bike with Matty. 
I think it may be Leah Costa possibly?

Adding this video of the girl who is playing Sandy in the photoshoot with Matty 

Her face is blocked in almost all the photos on the bike and most of the video but from the few visible shots of her face I agree it could be Leah. Same body type (tall, thin legs) and their faces look similar but it's hard to tell.   

At the end of the video they're holding hands and walking off together (one of the other girls calls out 'Are you cheating on me Matty?' when they walk past them holding hands ), probably to have extra 1-on-1 time. Whoever she is, I definitely think she's a frontrunner.

These women are beautiful and Leah seems to love travel like Matty does. We have only seen a few contestants thus far but I do hope we see some pictures of contestants that are women of colour or maybe even some built like Ashley Graham. All JMO. I think it would add diversity.

Does anyone know how many woman this year? So far from the 18 or so girls I have seen they all look caucasian to me.

Not sure how many will be on Matty's season but I'd guess since the filming schedule is similar to the past two seasons that around 18-19 original cast with 2-3 intruders later in the season (either a bit earlier like Richie's season or a bit later like Sam W's).

She has a stunning face IMO but I don't know about that bikini choice  Props to her for the confidence though  It's a subscription article so pics for those who can't access it.

She's stunning, quite a few of them have quite prominent tattoos I've noticed.
