In all the other seasons, the one leaving has been featured in the promo himself as the one to look for next epi.
Brooks and Sharleen presence just makes me think that maybe they want to discuss mikhel doubts and him wanting to leave.

Going back to @Auntie_Love initial source saying that the F3 was KW, Mike and Kyle (most likely meant Mikhel as it is now) and in the final F2 KW and Mike (probably if it shapes up Mike meaning Mikhel) or its Mike definitely. Phew!
