I needed this tonight when I finished work. My car was covered in ice. I'm going to mix me up a batch.

@GuardianAngel That looks great. What colour is that?

It's called Viva Aqua. I wanted Olive Green. I had painted a bedroom in that colour which reminded me of the olive tree's in Italy but when I went to the paint store, he asked me if I was interested in recycled paint. I never knew there was such a thing. The colours were limited, but I liked that one.

The sun is now shining in there, and it looks a little different.

@GuardianAngel Well it looks like you may have gotten your olive colour after all. It looks completely different in that light. It's amazing how lighting can change the look of paint.

@Sprite I know. laugh out loud When you asked what colour it was I went to look at the can, and the sun was beaming in because I didn't put the bamboo blinds back up and it looked totally different.

Part two. Now I'm done! I forgot to take a before picture of the other side of the door, but it was brown.

Have you ever done something then felt silly later??

I bought this really neat outdoor tree trunk thingy off of marketplace. It's basically a tree trunk with a wrought iron stand with holes drilled on top which holds solar lights. It's perfect for my front porch because living by the lake we get a lot of wind and I can't put anything out there because it will get blown away.

I bought new solar lights several weeks ago and they aren't coming on. We haven't had much sun so I resigned to the fact I'll have to wait till spring to see them come on or I wasted money for nothing. Today I got an email from the store that I bought them at asking me to rate them. I left a not so nice review, wasted money for nothing, etc.

Then I read some reviews which I did before I bought them and everyone was raving about them. But then I came across a review that said it took them a month to realize they had to be turned on. Turned on??? Turned on where? He didn't say.

I took the top off of one and sure enough there's an off/on switch. No where did it say that in the instructions. cantstopl

I wrote another review explaining and thanking the person who mentioned it. DIY - Problems - Suggestions - Projects - Page 2 3806527698 duh
