Agreed with all the postings above about RS making a leap to assume that Nick and Vanessa will not work out well because they have some hurdles to overcome. But really location is nothing compared to what could stand in the way of a successful relationship.  If they truely love each other, they will find a way to work it out. And if Nick loves fame too much and Vanessa loves Canada too much, well then they don't love each other enough. No problem. It wasn't meant to be.  

I happen to think that Vanessa is perfect for Nick. Hopefully he will truely grasp what that means and be one of the first Bachelors to go after the girl and move to be with her. (After his short stint on DWTS...compromise after all.)

I think that she is worth it completely. Don't screw it up Nick.

One thing about Nick that we've learned is that he isn't afraid to speak his own mind and state even unfavorable opinion (when asked), often he distances himself from the person he tries to assess, whether he/she is his friend or not, Nick will characterize them as "fairly" in his mind, without malice. He's done it before from Andi and Josh to AshleyI (before and after meeting her) to other Bachnation ... sometimes his opinions don't match mine, but more often than not I tend to agree with him.

Reading about Vanessa's "salty behavior" or the "reasons" for her "villainous role" ... is like "plane rant" all over again. Just one more thing to look forward to and have fun with it.
I like people who have the rainbow inside. Bring it on!

If you really love someone moving, imo, is the very least of life's obstacles. It's done all the time. The real challenge is whether or not love actually exists and is worth fighting for.

RS also said Vanessa called Daniella L fake. Vanessa was on the losing team on a group date who was supposed to be sent back to hotel but because they cried and because she's his fav，nick had them stay as well.
This is what I don't understand : if nck is all about career in LA, why didn't he pick some model wanna be who is already in LA or willing to move？

Let's get real--you can do your career in media and live elsewhere--we have a very recent past F1 doing exactly that. So that is a weak reasoning, too from SuperSnot Boy.
@sdmom--I agree with you. Nick could have picked half a dozen other F1 if he was not interested in anything but self promotion and career. It would have been far easier and less stress.

^^ IA sweet is overrated, savory even salty is refreshing IMO for a change.  Not too long ago, I rooted for someone who was portrayed unlike-able And we're still talking about him. True colors will come out IMO.  I don't see any differently this time around. If TPTB is setting the stage for the next "Ette" they will exploit every opportunity to make her look her best (to the point of making others villains taking things out of context).  We've seen this over and over, how really rude individuals end up heroes and others vilified for minor and major infractions.

As for Nick and Vanessa, Speculating is not spoiling, I will take iRS with a grain of salt.  RS guess is as good as mine. At 36 and 29, the lead/F1 should have the wherewithal to navigate the expectations and outcomes of the show. A lot could happen between now and March when the couple will announce their next steps. JMHO

I agree you can do whatever anywhere. But if Vanessa allegedly doesn't want to move then maybe that's indicative of a bigger issue in the relationship. Maybe they'll overcome it. Maybe they won't.

IMO, he wants that epic happy ending with a loving relationship and a family foremost. A successful fame career will take a back seat when Nick truely feels that he has found the woman with which to share his life. I think that he did exactly what he should have. He picked the woman he loved. Not the woman who might have made him more famous.

Now the challenge will be to place his relationship above himself. To place Vanessa's wishes and well being above his own. To practice true love. Sacrifice. It will be hard but so totally worth it.

About the RS poop - we have a 30 yr old and 36 yr old who have just begun dating exclusively. In RL they have been a couple for less than 2 months (?) and have restricted physical access to each other.  Just because RS is in hyperdrive doesn't mean Nick & Vanessa are.  By that I mean the couple doesn't have to be deciding where they are going to live or the name of their first born in this time period.  What couple does that? The show may be speed dating but once the film is in the can IMO it's time to deepen the emotion connection and have fun, not Google moving companies or work visa documents.
Sure, show fans can, and some are, apt to measure the success of a couple by whether that couple has a wedding date by AFTR however real relationships generally move at a much slower pace. Obviously someone will have to move at some point but that's not even a possibility until AFTR.  
RS always brings the "long distance" storyline into his critique.  I think it is RS who thinks long term relationships don't work.  I think RS won't stop polluting his media with this bias until a season comes along where every contestant is from the same community as the lead It's just 1 of his go-to sillies.

I have never seen why being a model or doing entertainment or anything else exempts a person from being sincere and genuine about love. Some of my fave contestants/leads who are very genuine from this franchise (NZ and AU) work in media/entertainment, have done acting, and are models and yet are still in love and with their F1/lead. Plus, Nick has always said that his yolo-ing is temprorary and he is well aware of that and so just making hay while the sun shines. If more opportunities come and they are both open to it then good for them. It's all about what works for the couple and the relationship, IMO, and whatever RS says about the relationship is what he could say about any couple it's so generic, IMO. So whatever Vanessa and Nick want to do is up to them, IMO, and they decide what works for their relationship, not RS.

Exactly my thoughts. Nick could have picked the F1 that he liked "enough" that was easy - already in LA or wants to move to LA. One that he could be with for an appropriate amount of time to both get what they wanted from the limelight. But he didn't he went for the more logistically speaking difficult choice, one who seems very grounded in her current life, friends/family.
