Yeah, I was leaning towards Lee as F1 before the HTDs but now I'm back to thinking it's Matty as F1. He had a similar HTD to Snezana and Alex with a 'difficult' sibling and a clear obstacle, while Lee had the picture perfect HTD (other than the 'he's only ever had blonde girlfriends' thing, which honestly feels like something being made out of nothing because they need Lee drama). And with the F3 dates, Matty in the expensive car and hotel pool reminds me of Snezana getting the extravagant F3 date while Lee's bike riding seems more like Sarah and Lana's 'Budget Bachie' F3 dates.

I wish Georgia had taken Jake to F2, because it's going to be so hard either way to watch Lee or Matty get their heart broken

Ladies, this requires urgent investigation.  We must sleuth a list of sexy hot-tub dates in past seasons, which episode they were featured and whether the hot-tubee went on to be F1.  I know there was definitely a Jordan/JoJo hot tub in the woods situation.

Has Georgia actually talked about liking Matty or Jake? I know she goes on about what they say how they make her feel and she can see herself with them both.
But we have actually heard her say she likes Lee and Courtney very much and worries about her feelings being reciprocated. She also tends to say how she feels about Lee as opposed to echoing what Lee has said about her

I think she only says it about the ones that she's not sure if they're feeling the same way because she's scared she's doubting whether they're where she's at. For the ones who make their feelings clear, like Jake and Matty, she doesn't need to worry so she just talks about the butterflies and sparks.

I think otherwise. I think she says what she means. Every Lead has at least talked about liking the F1.

Yes I think you're right.  That chocolate bath was certainly memorable (though not at all sexy IMO - ewww sticky).

Wasn't the finale of Ben F's (US) season in Switzerland and he hot tubbed with like 3 girls in the one weekend?  Also I think I remember a hubbub about whether Jillian H shagged Jason M in a tub back in their season.

EDIT:  Just did a Google Images search for 'Bachelor Hot Tub'.  So much tubbing!  
It could take some time to research and deduce a pattern...

Not sure about Jake because I don't watch his dates as closely, but she's definitely talked about liking Matty. In their last SD she got emotional talking about the overwhelming move away from just friendship and happiness to romance.
