Hmm I had to really think about that one and the only other person who comes to mind is Britt if she counts as a lead.  

It appears she speaks in court and does law presentations, so I think she is accustomed to speaking in front of people.

No I dont remember a FIR become lead, but just like they use Nick maybe it is time for a change. IMHOAA

I like Rachel, but i'm not sure if i can see her being the lead. I will have to watch her more throughout the season!

Didn't Ali receive Jakes FIR? If so she is the one that I can think of that got the FIR and became the lead

I'm pretty sure Tenley received the FIR. Going by memory which even I wouldn't count on sometimes.

^^Yep it was Tenley. But there are no rules, so I think Rachel could still get it.

Could be part of the "unconventional season" theme to prep her as the next Bette if the spoiler is correct and she is F3.

I read quite a few blogs today. So many mentioned they thought Rachel would be the next Bachelorette. And these folks were (supposedly) unspoiled.

I heard an interview a few days ago... I can't remember which producer was being interviewed, but it was either Millsy or Fleiss who said that they already had one specific woman in mind for the next Bachelorette. He said that she would stand out and be an amazing Bachelorette. I think that it is pretty clear it will be Rachel. They would be crazy not to ask her.

For those asking about how Rachel could leave her job to do the show, Robert Mills said her boss is a huge fan and let her take a leave of absence to do the show.
