No - I didn't think he was genuine at all! I always felt Jordan was fake in his interactions/body language.

I get what you mean about him not being genuine or there for a relationship but at the very least you got the impression that he wanted to have sex with her. That was some level of interest IMO.

Yes, he did show interest in her in that way! I just questioned how genuine his feelings were for her.

I keep thinking back to what Osher has said about Richie being the only one that he wasn't sure who F1 was from the start - all others Osher has worked out, including Georgia's? The only way I see Courtney as not F1, is if he walks out. Not too convinced that he does though.

^ If osher really said that -- To me what this says essentially is: pay attention to the guys who made big impressions right of the bat. Rather than waiting for a surprise winner....who wasn't obviously in contention right from the beginning.
I don't think this statement necessarily points at courtney but rather points to the guys who were contenders from the start such that osher could tell there was a potential with who ended up being the F1 guy from the very start

Yes.  Osher would be privy to so much more information than we are so his hints are important.  Also the pap/behind the scenes photos because they can catch genuine interactions/glances/body language.  On TV we only see what the editor wants us to.  

Considering everything we've seen on and off screen I'm guessing Courtney does walk (I can imagine a speech along the lines of 'I like you but there are other guys here who like you more - I've realised I'm not ready - it's not you it's me' etc.)

That would leave Georgia feeling lost/upset so she's going to gravitate towards those who are making her feel the most secure/genuinely loved by their gushing enthusiasm.  This points to a Matty J/Jake top 2 and if so I'm going to go with Jake as F1.

Georgia has said of her F2 one was there from the start and the other a slow burn.  She was into Jake from the get go (quote after meeting him = 'Ohhhh, I like him'.)  Also she said he smelled delicious and pheromones are a huge part of attraction.

I've also noticed they often show Jake in reaction shots, show him pining for Georgia, worrying she's forgotten him.  And she was a flushed/giggling mess after her first date/kiss with him - haven't seen that much of a blissed-out reaction with any of the others.

This would of course leave poor old Lee as F3 but I'm not sure we have any evidence that he makes it to Singapore?  I think the only screencaps we have left of him are the Notebook/Dirty Dancing date which will be next week, and the bike riding shot.

This would free him up to be the next Bach, but despite the fact that he's clearly hot/a great guy he doesn't have the screen presence of the others.  Matty J would be the most likely Bach '17 if he's not F1 imo and wow, I'd watch the hell out of that!

Only F2 go to Singapore based on the F3/FD episode description which doesn't mention Singapore or traveling so likely how Sam Frost's season was where F3/FDs were in Australia as sleuthed/speculated

Matty does seem to be in Singapore and so in F2 and IA it is between Jake or Lee for being in F2.

If I went just by the tenplay site of them having the 3 videos of Jake (kissing and date) I think Jake could be F1 just based on that alone and IA that Jake shown more jealous and Lee shown more vulnerable, they both are being shown having a response and feeling.

It's a toss-up between Lee and Jake for F1 for me but I am leaning more towards Jake as F1 since I just can't shrug this nagging feeling that Lee may end up heartbroken and his ITMs could reflect that especially if he is eliminated and they were filmed after that?

The edit for each of these guys ATM is Lee - worried, Jake - Jealous/slightly bitchy and Matty - Over eager.


Anyway, on to the last sentence in the bolded, do they really film eliminated contestants after filming is done particularly ones that were invested in the lead. I recall many discussions on this topic in previous non Aus seasons and it would be very hard for the producers to be able to get a contestant to sit down for PIs etc.

Not sure if this is true or not.

From what I remember from some of the guys from Sam Fs season saying, they actually do a number of ITM the day or morning after the date or the day after the CP. That's why you often see them dressed and hair is styled differently. They will often use different ITM edited for different dates prticularly for the lead as I noticed during Sam Woods season. I honestly don't think they would call them in after the show has wrapped IMO.

I too would like to know if this is the way they have edited other Aus bachelor seasons in which case i will just relax and watch it all unfold.

For one I truly don't believe that Cam has any chance of being F1 (from sleuthing + my own gut) but I think he has had a  lot of heart to hearts shown since out the limo so I don't think the editing is too much of a clue. jmo.

I remember Sam W having discussions with his front runners on his season. He had regular CP chat or even GP chats with the top 4 or even top 5 regularly. And it made watching it interesting because there were a lot of relationships and the progressions could be compared.
To be honest if the guys on this season were not good looking we would know nothing about them. It has all be talks about how hot this guy or that guy is and nothing of the relationship build up with Georgia.

Absolutely spot on @see2love SamW season was of a different calibre so I'm not sure if this new production team has a different perspective on editing but it does now lack the relationship and personal aspect of the show

Hey @Sevening welcome back. I'm so confused with this season. I think we can point to Matty J being F2 at least based on S/C but the F1 music for Courtney has thrown me off completely. I m not sure he is there for completely the right reasons but then again we have seen in past US leads pick dubious F1's so who knows.

I'm still not convinced at Courtney being F1 despite the music during that kiss. I'm thinking things might be changing this time around. It's obvious she's so into him but he might just end up telling her something she doesn't want to hear as someone mentioned before and then he'll leave. Anyway let's see what happens, the other thing is the stories from daily mail about him kissing a guy at the beach or with a female friend at the beach etc. Not that they mean anything, unless they are from before filming started, it makes me think he's not F1.
