IA The editing this year is definitely not as good as last year's seasons imo.

Part of me is wondering if it may be because of the F1 being known? The same pap that knew Alex was F1 said they knew who F1 was for Georgia's season IIRC but I have to see the media pushing this like they did with Richie's season? That said, it's not like the F1 was spoiled before the season started so I don't see why the edit couldn't be more focused like it was last year.

It's just very odd overall considering they highlighted Cam so much and then he just happens to leave with no HTD? Yet Georgia last shown saying she could see herself falling in love with him? She is shown chasing Courtney and if he leaves at HTD and it is not a bad HTD (so everything good with the family) then it will be hard to see why for that.

I totally get the Courtney attraction.  Looking at Georgia's Instagram she seems pretty quirky and Courtney is the most 'left of centre' guy in the bunch (he certainly has the most unique wardrobe!).  They both seem able to laugh at themselves and have a good time, and I'm sure at some point he would have mentioned (or she would have picked up on) the fact that he's done plenty of TV work, so their interests/lifestyles/social circles are probably closely aligned too.  Also Georgia's previous boyfriends have not been boring/average guys (eg that singer with the tatts, can't remember his name) so she obviously like someone a bit different.

For me the biggest hurdle to seeing him as F1 is his hesitance when Georgia needs reassurance that he actually likes her.  The other guys totally gush about her (esp Jake & Matty) but even tonight when she asked if he felt the same about her he just kissed her and said 'does that answer your question?'  Well, actually, no - you totally avoided the question!  He hasn't actually come right out and said he likes her.  It's all 'you are the kind of person I want in my life, or I am looking for that person to spend my life with.  He needs to come out and say 'hell yeah, you're tops!' ASAP or I think Georgia's smart enough to realise he's not feeling it.

I can understand that they have to show how Matty is in at the end so her building connection with him which was missing initially. And also Courtney who is the reluctant contestant that they have to show that storyline.

Plus if these are in fact the f2 then it makes sense that their story is the only one being shown.

However, surely she is talking to the others beyond their SDs ? At least we could see why she potentially dumps them later ?

I think she does talk to other guys, coz for example she was talking with Cam about his photo in the calendar and they didnt show it in the episode ;)

Id rather she talked about the relationship and they let us see its growth either positive or negative. it has been all fun and games and not much substance imo

I know I would prefer that too! Like in US version of the Bachelor/ette. Much better story telling over there.

I do wonder if G is in fact "smart" enough. She is smart overall but sometimes when it comes to matters of the heart you can be blinded and see what you want to see.
Courtney with the exception of seeming to play the game is a great guy.

Earlier in the season i didn't think he is THAT much attractive, but today O M G. totally changed my mind

Ok now I need to see him again. All he has to do is be in the frame and look pretty. Is that too much to ask ?

I read somewhere that G wanted to live in NYC and the only guys that can offer her that opportunity are Courtney or Matty J. and they are both quirky like G. Lee tells dad jokes but otherwise their relationship seems boring imo.

The F1 always has a developing relationship with the lead. Even if it is for a small amount of time. Based on this I would actually put only Courtney in that spot. And maybe Cam.

Did she have any sort of conversations with Matty today ?

You're actually quite correct about the Love Goggles factor.  I'm sure even the smartest among us have fallen for people who later turned out to be... unwise choices.  

I don't think Courtney is playing the game though.  He does come across as slightly fake but I think that's probably a result of his prior TV/acting stuff.  

Personally I just don't think he gave it enough time after splitting with his ex.  He and Georgia seem to be a great match, but the timing is just not right imo.
